Sofanya is a wonderful artist. She does a painting called an «essence portrait» where she meditates with you and sees colors around you that she then puts on the canvas. She lets you blow on the canvas so that your «essence» is then on the painting. Your eyes and nose and mouth are then drawn in and through all the color all these magical wonderful things appear and she just brings them to life. Its an amazing experience to sit for this painting and see what she sees in your spirit. Highly recommended as a must for your Big Sur experience. And any of you couples out there who are thinking of getting married in Big Sur… she also does a wonderful job at officiating weddings. She married my husband and I back in 2004 on one of the gorgeous beaches we have here in Big Sur. Just come to Big Sur and MEET HER!
