Today, I purchased an air conditioner at the Big Rapids sears store. After getting home, and taking it out of the box, noticed that it would not work in my window, plus, the thing was flimsy plastic. Two hours late, I returned the air conditioner to the store. The manager was less than friendly, somewhat arrogant, and demanded a 15% restocking fee. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with Sears anytime soon.

Had what I needed, at a nice sale price. Folks were a little reserved but I’m told that’s not so unusual for this part of the world. Had what I needed, when I needed it, at a good price, so I can put up with not being really friendly. Was first thing in the morning, too. I’ll be back if there’s a need.
