Great service, good location, nice property.
I forgot my deodorant, and could have gotten dressed and walked over to Meijer’s, but much to my surprise the front desk had complimentary men’s and women’s deodorant (and razors and shaving cream and toothpaste and all kinds of great stuff). There are Pantene products in the bathroom, along with packs of makeup remover – what a great touch!
Lots of hot breakfast options (and the sausage patties were really good; the eggs? Not so much). My room, which was on the end of the hall, was quiet and overlooked the back of the property, so my view was full of nature. I’d stay there again (but, no five stars because I asked for a fan for my room, as I love the noise when I sleep, and they didn’t have one).

Best one I have stayed since I arrived in Michigan four days ago.
The lobby is quaint, like a warm cottage, not too cheesy and despite the cottage-​feel it was still modern, clean. Not stuffy at all.

The room is spacious.

Fluffy pillows, plenty of crisp towels, clean mustard carpet and Fall themed rooms where terracota blankets, golden yellows and soft lighting reign.
Pool, business center, gym, plenty of parking spots in the front of hotel (which I appreciate vs. having to park far around the back and having to walk long distances to get inside).
Hotel located next to the freeway.
5 minutes (2miles) from Ferris State University and Big Rapids downtown.
Next to supermarket, walmarts and strip-​malls.
Loved this place! If there was more to do in the area, I would totally stay here again.
