Dave’s Heating and Air is great! They came out to look at our furnace right away. They brought us space heaters, as we couldn’t get the new furnace installed until the next morning. They registered it for the warranty on their own, before I even had a chance. They even completed their portion of the Centerpoint rebate paperwork for us, and sent it to us. They are efficient, and a small business. They only have 2 service installers, so it may take them a little longer to schedule service, but they more than make up for it. They brought us space heater… that is good customer service. The price we paid for a new furnace and installation was comparable to other people we have spoken with over the past week. We are very pleased. I feel very bad for the other reviewer, but we had a great experience. We used the Columbia heights location, but I believe they are the same workers for both locations.
