I wish I could give them a rating of no stars. I was looking into booking my wedding at the Chandelier Ballroom and therefore had to go through one of their preferred vendors. When searching, I came across All Occasions Catering. Worst customer service. Mark, the owner, was loud and abrasive. He was out of town for the weekend so his employee Thad called me to ask if I had any questions. Let me just say this, Thad was informative and friendly. It is only for him that they received a single star. Mark practically yelled at me on the phone because I cancelled my tasting. Yes I was very interested in their food, but after finding out I had to not only pay for each place setting, they were charging for cake cutting, cake plating, coffee mugs and water goblets(as they were not a part of the original place setting). When I put this into my budget, I could not afford it. Most people would understand that, but instead Mark yelled at my that I cancelled before talking to him. I went by what his employee said. He yelled that his prices were fair. Whether they were fair or not, I was berated over my lack of budget. For a bride to be, that is the last thing I want to hear. I can not review their food but their customer service lacks.
