Subway

I’m literally standing in line right now and we’re pushing 20 mins in line and only 3 people were in front of us. The workers seem nice enough, but here and there though they seem focused on their inside jokes with each other. Focus guys. All of us in line are crammed up in a small space, they were out of most of the breads and ingredients. We were in a rush to get a quick bite. next time, I’ll just have some gum and skip the waste of time.

The absolute worst customer service I have experienced! Rude employees that are argumentative and disrespectful! Cheyenne was who served us… RUDE!

I go to subway occasionally, and even when they’re slammed with a line out the door they still manage to make my sandwich right. I’ve never gotten something there that I didn’t like.

Didn’t experience rude customer service but it took too long! I was in the line for about 20 minutes!

Eaten here twice now. Both times the restaurant was clean and the staff was pleasant. Meat and toppings were fresh. Will be back in the future.

The worst subway ever! Stopped by with my husband and two kids. They acted so bothered to do their job. Huffing and puffing between each question and sandwich being made. I had to ask if there was a problem?! She looked shocked, I thought it might be a racial situation, but I see from the other reviews, they just have crappy service, please save your money for a location that appreciates your business. And to the employees who work there, quit if your so miserable, customers should not be subjected to that kind of service. Oh and the one star is for the cashier who rung us up, she was the nicest one there.

The assistant manager was so rude, and charged two sandwiches because extra meat was added. Deff not a people person.

Its a Subway. The times I’ve been in, everything was clean. A couple times the wait was pretty long, as if they didn’t have enough employees on staff to crank out the sandwiches. BUT, that being said… they are super generous on toppings (I always get the veggie. spinach instead of crappy iceburg «lettuce»), and besides one high school aged guy that acted like he’d rather be on the bottom of the lake than making sandwiches, the staff is super friendly and efficient. I’ve definitely been to worse Subways down the hill.

I haven’t been to subway in a long time. But we are currently up at Big Bear for a Christian Conference retreat so we stopped here for an early lunch. First of all just looking at the place I was unsure. The place didn’t seem very neat and there were no customers except us. I was with three other girls and they somehow forgot my order? I don’t even know what happened and although they made me another one they didn’t even apologize about it. I work in the food industry so I’m extremely for customer service. The veggie delite I got was OK. Nothing great about it. Veggies definitely not fresh and my sandwich was squished and flatter than normal. It was alright. Service was not so great and the food was mediocre. If you really want subway, AVOID this one.

By far the worst Subway I’ve ever been in.
Let’s start with the appearance. Let’s be realistic, the one big thing that needs to be clean at a subway (for a good 1^st impression) is the glass over the food. This one looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. I’m not even going to describe the restroom… What a mess.
Next, the «Sandwich Artist» (I believe that’s what they call them), was very quick to tell me that he «doesn’t eat here, so I couldn’t tell you» when I asked him about one of the sandwiches. It was as if I was bothering him that I wanted to get a sandwich made.
It actually was interesting because the next three customers that came in while we were there definitely could tell the «Sandwich Artist» wasn’t happy making anyone’s sandwiches. One of them even asked if they were hiring. When the employee snapped back «NO!», she quipped, «you should be, all new employees…». Made me chuckle on the way out.
We won’t be back.

The place was clean on our visit, food was fresh and in stock, there were 3 people behind the counter and the manager had to prod them to work but the service was satisfactory. Overall I would visit it again. My sub was fresh and yummy.

If there is no bread you can count on unhappy not prepaired staff. Out of ckn meatballs bread… thanks subway u suck again

BAD in EVERY way except hours and location. Terrible food, the produce was old and it’s more like lack of food. Horrific staff that would rather not be serving customers. More like a customer is a inconvenience than a welcomed sight. Dirty looking tables/​counters/​window/​floor etc. YUCK. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. We were trying to give it one last attempt as locals but we were greeted by a ZOMBIE who didn’t speak clearly nor was groomed properly and they had no bread or meat that we asked for– truly pathetic considering the PRIME location here in Big Bear. On this last attempt it only took 30 seconds after our first sandwich request was denied to examine the surroundings, absorb the attitude/​attire from the runny nosed server and we RAN without even ordering or risking getting ill. If you want to get a sandwich made on a dirty surface with whatever is left and by a critter who just rolled out of bed and didn’t shower or brush their hair then this is your SUBWAY!

Not sure what this Subway looks like or how the service is during the day but at dinner… We have been several times during the week and on weekends. We find this Subway to be very messy… on both sides of the counter, horrible customer service, and always out of items. This is not typical of Subway. There is a Quizzno’s and the Vons make a decent sandwich. Too bad… we really like Subway.

Is this the worst Subway in all of the US? Yes, yes, yes, it is. A total disgrace to themselves and the Subway brand. Truly shocking.

Went there for a quick inexpensive bite to eat for 6, was charged for 7 sandwiches from people who obviously hate their job and should not be in customer service. Went back to get refund for 7^th sandwich was told they watched the camera and 7 sandwiches were given to us… ridiculously wrong there was only six of us and no extra sandwiches it wasn’t about the money it was the point that we were overcharged by people who could care less about the customers happiness. Long story short got into an argument with Manager and employee that know nothing about customer service left without refund. Subway Corp. should be embarrassed to have employees like this working for them. Zero Stars «stay home and make a sandwich.

Just like any Subway. It’s open later than most places in town which makes it a nighttime option. Unfortunately the workers obviously hate their jobs and I felt like they hated me for coming in and bothering them to make a sandwich.

a complete embarrasment to the subway chain! we ordered 5 sandwiches we were passed over to customer’s who came in after us… all our toasted sandwiches were ice cold by the time we finally paid! ill go to the quiznos down the street next time… you get what you pay for in this instance!

Was really hungry and wanted a FIVE DOLLUH FOOT LONG. All the teenagers who work here need to be fired. they hate their job and look like it too. i made suggestions of what i wanted and they didnt even listen and just did their own thing. told the manager he should fire everyone. go here if you want a sandwich made by teenage zombies.
