Wow wow wow, what a change. On our last visit in October we had an incredibly bad experience. This visit tonight was beyond our expectations. Adam couldn’t have been more attentive and checked in on us numerous times. The food arrived as ordered, hot and in a timely fashion, even with a packed restaurant. Our waitress Chrissy couldn’t have more pleasing, attentive, and funny. Chrissy much like Adam made sure every need was met. If you visit on the weekend ask to be seated in Chrissy’s section you won’t be disappointed and tell Adam we said hi. Truly a remarkable turn around.

Waitress was on point and the food came out fast. Fries were super well done but our waitress had them cook a fresh order of them before she even brought out the burger. So when she came out, she apologized and said there was fresh ones on the way. That was awesome. Bacon cheddar pretzel burger was fantastic. Thanks guys!

Pleasant atmosphere, music was great, temperature was just right, booth comfortable but sad to say the service was very disorganized and slow, also somewhat casual. I ordered a classic burger and it came with a wheat bun that was so loaded with sugar it was more like cake. Meat was fine although I was not asked how I wanted it cooked and it was more cooked than I would have chosen. I had to ask for ketchup for my fries and it was slow to arrive. The men’s room door did not shut properly and there was a lock missing on one of the stalls. My wife said that the women’s restroom smelled of urine. The salad was OK but nothing special and the veggies tasted like food service fare. Overall a two and a half star experience.

I’ve only eaten here twice. The salad bar seemed old, warm, and brown. It definitely needed a little TLC. I got the pretzel bacon cheeseburger and wasn’t impressed. The bun was soggy and chewy. The burger/grease/cheese soaked right through the bottom bun. Sub par food at normal, chain restaurant price.

A nice place to hang out with friends over a great meal and a couple of drinks. Bartenders are always pleasant and attentive

I have eaten here many times and I usually order the petite sirloin and coconut shrimp. «As rare as possible» I have even asked for my steak«Pittsburg rare» but The last three times I have ordered it it has been well done. It’s super frustrating and the managers haven’t asked to discount the check at all or take it back. Bummer

On New Years Eve, my parents like to take us out to eat, and tonight they chose Ruby Tuesday. Even though we were planning an early dinner, my mother made a reservation(I never would have guessed they take those here). We were seated promptly, and got quick service in ordering our drinks. The meals came out about when we expected, and the waitress brought my two year old some apples and grapes to munch on while we ate salad. That was unexpected but nice. The salad bar left quite a bit to be desired. The lettuce was a little wilty and browning on the edges, cukes and carrots were watery, and many of the items were in dire need of replenishment. I got the shellfish trio, and I suppose I shouldn’t have expected too much from a chain restaurant like this. Everything on the plate was ok, but it was a little less-than-perfect-looking. Dessert took a little longer to get than I imagined it should(15 minutes), but the restaurant was busier by then. Overall, it was ok. Nothing was incredibly great or awful, but this place certainly won’t end up in my regular rotation of places to dine.

Ruby Tuesday is a typical chain restaurant and a trip there reminded my why I rarely find myself in one of these places. We had to wait 10 minutes, and were seated in an area with many empty booths and a table with 14 tourists, mostly kids that had been in the minivan for way too long. I have no idea why we had to wait 20 minutes when there were so many empty tables. The food was okay, though uninspired and oversalted. The server was friendly guy and the place was clean, but it felt like little more than an Applebee’s or the kind of restaurant that you’d find near the exit to an interstate highway. Not surprisingly, that’s exactly where this restaurant is located. I’d rather spend my money in a locally owned restaurant but I’d tag along if someone else really wanted to go there.
