I went to Kohl’s with two little girls to get them new outfits/​accessories for a night out. We ended up buying one clothing item and two accessories. When we went to the cash register, the cashier woman rung up the accessories fine, but seemed to have trouble ringing up the clothing. She even asked one of the girls that accompanied me to find the tag with some serial number on it (or something like that — it was a number) and proceeded to VERY SLOWLY enter the number into the register, stumbling quite a couple of times. Pretty much the worst customer service I have had. I am very reluctant to return here in the future.
