Americas Best Value Inn-Biddeford

A moderately-​priced motel 30 mins from Portland. Lots of parking, a typical motel view and room, modern electronic door lock, working ac, wifi, tv and mini fridge, working plumbing, had soap and shampoo. Good place to stay for the night on a road trip. Only thing I didn’t like was a cigarette burn in one of the top thermal sheets. Otherwise everything was clean and no bugs.

Very good value! The room was clean, they replaced our towels and made the bed while we were gone. There is plenty of parking, and the staff was super nice! They have free coffee in the morning in the lobby, as well as a microwave available. I would definitely stay here again! There could have been a few things better, but not worth mentioning with a price like that, it’s a great great place. We stayed two nights and couldn’t be happier! (Unless, of course, we were millionaires and could’ve stayed at a luxury hotel).

This is a cheap hotel. Not crappy cheap but inexpensive cheap. Just a clean place to crash and get a good night’s sleep. Certainly not a place to be entertained or to hang around.
Just some decent beds, adequate bathroom, tiny refrigerator and a TV on the wall. We didn’t even turn the TV on so I don’t know how it worked but the free wifi worked quiet well.
One of the main advantages of this motel is the location. Close to the major roads and plenty of restaurants and coffee places close by.
Not a fancy place and not a place with lots of amenities although there is a nice balcony where you can sit and watch the parking lot or traffic.
Just a simple, quiet, cheap and nice place to sleep, shower and rest. A place to spend a night on the way to someone else.

The front desk staff has always been polite, receptive and helpful. The rooms are clean and quiet and the rates very reasonable.
We strongly recommend America’s Best Value Inn as a lodging resource while in the area.

Very old crappy televisions, the bathrooms were not nice and I was just overall not impressed with the rooms. Especially at this price. I would expect like a $ 35 a night motel rate for this place. However, there were a lot of places nearby that delivered food pretty late so it’s nice if it’s just a pit stop for one night.
