Idk what the fuss is all about. For a place open this late, reviewers are a little too picky(in my opinion). 3 star has to deal with drunk college kids after the bar on the weekend(I’ve been here many nights after bartending and have witnessed the debauchery) and if you’re calling for grill foods super late, yes, they’ve already cleaned and shut off the grill. Re: the food… pizza is good(bianco is heaven!) and fries are incredible. Try the spaghetti pizza(for you carb lovers!) and for those watching carbs, don’t miss out on a secret(yes, I’m gonna share it with you, Unilocalers!), which is custom orders such as the«low/no carb»(made that up but it’s true,) chicken and broccoli. Garlic, parm, chicken and broccoli. It’s so, so delicious. Ask for Jay to make it(sorry, Jay! I must call you out on this one!!), and say you want it like«Allie». If you hate it, come see me.(We will talk about your issues.) I could go on forever about this place. It has its hits and its misses, but for what it is, what it serves, and when it serves, it’s top notch in my book.

Awful. Waited over an hour for a salad and a steak and cheese. First said it will only take 15 – 20 minutes. Thank god I only come here maybe once a year. Probably won’t ever be back after this… Should change their name to One Star.

So we call at 11pm they are open to midnight. We ask are you still delivering? The man on the phone responds with«Depends where it’s going and what your getting» so we give him the address and he says to «yup and what do want?» Well after the rude tude on the phone we tell him a large steak bomb he cuts us off and says«Negative» ok… So we ask«can get a turkey and cheese?» And of course why would anything change in this guys attitude. He responds with«NOPE». So we hung up! As for the food. We have eaten here a few times. The pizza is the most disgusting pie I’ve ever had. There subs are ok but it is open late that’s why I go. He clearly doesn’t care about the quality of his food or give you want you order. These people are rude and the food is repulsive. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.

Terrible pizza! The crust is almost as good as a frozen pizza and tastes twice as bad. They use a blend of cheap and tasteless cheeses to cover up toppings that are just as poor in quality. By far, my biggest complaint about this place is that for any pizza that has chicken as a component, it only comes in the from of giant chunks of fried, previously frozen chicken tenders. This atrocity only adds to the disgusting and low quality nature of that carbo-bomb on which you’re about to waste money. Enjoy the disappointment, or save yourself and go somewhere else.

The pizza is good, and there open very late, which is pretty awesome, but it can get a little expensive. There’s a five dollar delivery fee, and the driver will expect a tip on top of that. If you’re picking up, though, it’s hard to beat. Try the Hawaiian.

I have no idea why I never go here. I think I was always thrown by a place that gave ITSELF only 3 stars. I finally gave it a whirl and I have to say I had the best turkey club with the works, probably EVER, and 3 days in a row. I also tried their buffalo chicken pizza and that was also pretty tasty. Their crust is damn good which, in my book, needs to be on point. I gave it 5 stars because Beverly fails at having many good sub and pizza joints. I went for 5, maybe they should consider a name change that doesn’t advertise mediocrity?! Because this place is far from it and I can’t wait to try more of the menu.

Three Star Pizza is aptly named. Well done, sir! You correctly predicted your Unilocal rating.

Another pizza shop in Beverly, and another brutal pie. I have no idea why, but all the shops in Beverly just can’t make a real pizza. I got mine the other day, and it was all under cooked, and all the inggredients were awful.

Firstly, I’d like to point out that this place is honest. It is in fact, three out of ten stars. The veggie pizza coming in at almost twenty dollars(stop laughing) consisted of mostly olives. I will say the owner has always been very nice, but these prices are ridiculous. As soon as a northshore pizza place decides to be open as late as these guys, this place either reprices their pizza or goes out of business.

So the Pizza was decent; not the best or worst I’ve ever had. Even pretty good. Why then do I give only 2 stars? Because I don’t ever want to ingest traces of(literal) crap, bacteria, or weird substances(ie. crack/stripper’s g-string juices… gag me) that may be on the money or sponges that are being handled in between making my pizza, cleaning up the station, and ringing me up. I watched like a coward as the previous actions were done without gloves or a hand-wash. This is not some passive aggressive rant that is trying to make up for my cowardly actions by saying here what i should have said there. Okay, maybe it is, but it’s mostly because it’s completely unsanitary to not wear gloves or not wash your hands while preparing food for the general public. Obviously i didn’t care enough for my health to not eat the pizza, but I’ll let you know that I ate it very begrudgingly and on edge. I give the pizza a 3 and the feeling of disbelief that I would even have to ask someone to put gloves a 1.

This place is one of my favorites in town. Really friendly service both in-person and on the phone. Their Hawaiian Pizza is amazing — a little weird that it had peppers and onions on it, but trust me, it’s good.(For a little kick, try substituting the ham with capicola. It’s yummy. But ask for extra pineapple.) The crust was crispy, not soggy; the bacon was crispy, not greasy and chewy. The sauce on the chicken parm sub was a bit too thick and pasty, and the flavor was not as good(a little to herby for me) as the sauce on the pizza(perfect), but the chicken cutlet was perfect: moist on the inside and crisp on the outside. I’ll be back, I’m sure. Maybe next time I’ll try their mysterious International Special pizza.

Awesome food, awesome service. The pizza is not that good, but everything else is excellent! Try his Famous Italian Sub. I get it toasted with let, tom & mayo. To die for! The owner just opened another place called Anthony’s in the Cummings Center in Beverly(very close to Three Star Pizza). Its located at 800 Cummings Center, Suite 147R. Tel 978−921−9200. They serve breakfast as they are open Monday — Friday from 5am to 3pm. It’s only been in business for 2 weeks, but it’s the same old smile, service & food from Anthony. Finally a good place to eat lunch in the Beverly Cummings Center!

The good things about three star are that the service is friendly and that it is open pretty late by Massachusetts standards. On the other hand, the Pizza is not quite even worth 3 stars in my book. The crust is thin and soggy with grease, not crispy. In the past we have ordered their buffalo chicken pizzas and they were pretty good, but the last one we had was just gross. Ditto on the cheese pizza. My kids wouldn’t even eat it. Also, almost $ 12 for a large cheese is a bit more than what most places in the are seem to charge.

Why only 3 Stars? Well, I’m not sure. All I know is that supposedly my friend’s uncle owns this place, and it was the delivery room of many pizzas… birthed, blanketed, and shoved into my loving arms. It’s quite cliché for college kids to be fed on a steady diet of pizza and cereal, but it’s true, we were all lazy, and it sure as hell wasn’t from studying. Maybe I had spent my previous hours slow coasting a mattress down a hill and then going to Amazing on route 1 to ogle porn-dvds starring Billy Baldwin… but eventually it’s time for nourishment and you and your dood friends need to find something that’s open. For whatever reason, my friends had a hard time finding girls that wanted to get slammed with a nerf football wrapped in ducttape in a game of «TESTOFWILL» and were willing to come on ridiculous journeys to the ends of the earth for lighters with porn stars whose clothes removed when you produced enough heat from your finger. This is where I’d come in, bruised and battered, much like the fantastic onion rings at 3 star(sans bruising). :D 3 star was open until 2am, Bingo! We’d all pile into a booth, joke with the cashier and wait for our sloppy, grease soaked pizza. For me, steak and cheese is where it’s at. 3 Star is probably my hands down FAVORITE spot of all time for cheese steak. It’s pretty typical, but they actually use a lot of cheese and I think the secret is in their sub roll. Staff is hillarious and friendly, and delivery is timely.

Yeah it’s three star pizza, but I’m giving it four. They have decent reasonably priced pizza, they always get our order right, and they deliver. In fact, they know our house by heart. YES, I am the one who doesn’t want to need fast food — but um, there are a few pizza boxes in the garage. Shhhh. I have never eaten in here, so I have no idea what it is like inside. The pizza is not gourmet and shishi. It is greasy, yummy sub shop pizza. The Hawaiian pizza is strange to me — bacon, green peppers, onions and pineapple — I’m used to the ham and pineapple variety. But whatever. The continental has absolutely everything on it, which I like. A highly useful pizza place for me! They save my ass at least twice a month in the providing-timely-caloric-replacement-to-offspring department.
