The customer service is painful! You can’t call them directly at ALL! You email and again like pulling teeth(not whitening, it’s like root canal pain dealing with them). You repeat the same things over and over and they ask the same questions over and over. They claim the Groupons are all inaccurate and then change the offer I actually bought to a different deal, the can’t ever locate who you are or what you’re asking, it’s awful. The whitening itself is nothing special. I’ve had it done in an actual dentist office and it was noticeable — this was not. You get what you pay for — they love to sell online deals to get the customers. Save your money and pay just a little bit extra for somewhere else.

I am obsessed with white teeth so I went here after a friend recommended it to me. She said that the whitening process was more effective than other places that we have visited and ventured together. This location is in Beverly, but I am aware they have another location in Woburn. The building in Beverly is part of a large medical business center. There are many plastic surgeon offices, eye, and any kind of medical service that can be offered in the north shore is all located in this one area. The office is a little hard to find, but once you get there you find a two room office with 3 chairs and UV lights. I liked this place a lot better than other teeth whitening experiences that I have had due to the act that they do not use mouth trays. My teeth are generally pretty white, but I still want that extremely white glow. I will achieve this one day! Justin, who was working was extremely helpful in explaining the process and telling us what to do and what not to do. When you get started, you use a cheek retractor to hold your mouth open. Then you apply 2 layers of accelerating gel on and then are next subjected to either 20, 40, or 60 minutes under the blue UV light. I am going to keep hiking to this location due to the fact that this process helps eliminate that awkward white and yellow block that tends to happen when you use whitening mouth trays. I hate when the bottom of your teeth are getting white, but the top of your teeth are still yellow-ish because there wasn’t enough gel on the top portion of the mouth tray.

I purchased a groupon for 260-minute whitening sessions and a whitening pen. the office was easy to locate; you enter in 100e and walk straight all the way down the hall. the lobby is very small but accommodates 4 chairs, a table with paperwork, and a coat hanger. Justin runs the office and although it’s very very busy, he welcomes each person and thoroughly explains the entire process to each individual. when it’s time for your appointment you walk into a room probably triple the size of the waiting area where there’s a desk, a large dresser with a big screen TV, 3 chairs and lamps, and a small refrigerator. the chairs are poang from IKEA and are surprisingly extremely comfortable. Justin places the tray on your lap explaining and demonstrating how to put on the plastic product to open your mouth, then uses a qtip with product to apply thick on your teeth, then put the lamp over your teeth. then you watch a movie. it’s very relaxing and Justin’s professionalism was outstanding. he runs the whole office by himself. each 20 minutes you rinse and take a short break then repeat. during my visit there was 5 other people who all improved 5 shades from the time they walked in. my teeth started out whiter than average(shade 14, while average is 18 – 24) and my teeth improved 2 shades to a 10 which is still great considering the whiter your teeth are the more time you’ll need to get as white as possible. I am so glad I purchased this groupon and I highly recommend this business to anyone who is thinking about it.

I never even got through the door. I purchased a groupon and had 2 – 60 minute visits. I was emailing the company due to issues with online booking(as I could only see one chair) and was told their was a free 20 minute new client visit I could do. Whoever was emailing me told me I could«book it at anytime». Also, was told I could split the time as I felt 60 minutes was to long for my teeth in one sitting. I purchased the Groupon, as my initial contact with them seemed good with booking and the free 20-minute session. I booked the appointment for the free 20 minute session for sometime in February. The day before the appointment I get an email for an invalid voucher code. I told the person, through email, that I was told that I could get a free 20 minute session. By the time they discovered their error, they were unable to get me another appointment. Their error??? I just looked past it and rescheduled. I had to wait a few more weeks for another appointment. Today I have another appointment and get another«invalid voucher code» email. I tell them AGAIN I am a new client and they say that«offer expired a year ago». So here we go all over again. I send them their own response over email saying that since I am a new client I do indeed get the 20 minute free time. No response… so just missed another appointment. I called Groupon and refunded my $$…I am happy. If it’s that difficult booking an appointment and getting told 3 times misinformation, I certainly do not trust them touching my teeth.
