Had high hopes for this place, but was very disappointed. I saw that this place had great reviews so I decided to go to get a dress hemmed. I called to ask how much it would cost and she said to come in with heals and that she would be able to tell me then. I tried in on and she put pins and lines on the dress then looked up and said after 10 min that this dress would cost me $ 200. The dress has three layers and she said it was too much work. I told her that it was too much and that I don’t want get it hemmed anymore. $ 200 is a lot to only get a dress hemmed, while taking the pins off, she looked at me and said that I wouldn’t find a place to do it any cheaper and she said that just for putting pins on she would need me to pay her $ 10 for her wasted time. I paid $ 10 for just her looking at the dress, she was super rude when I told her that I wasn’t gonna get the dress hemmed and she was going to only do it for $ 200. I am just so disappointing and if you were wondering, I was able to get the dress hemmed at another place for $ 50, yes for $ 50. Don’t get me wrong, she seems to know what she is doing and she probably would’ve done a great job, so if you are willing to pay $ 200 then go ahead, but I really wasn’t going to.

I’ve been coming here for about four years. Always the same exact experience. Excellent work/​alterations, no bullish&*&^t, nice, easy and prompt. Oh yes, and very fair pricing. Highly recommend.
