Face Rejuvenation & Healing Massage

This is one of those rare cases when someone who is completely amazing has no reviews. I have been a client of Debra’s for over 10 years, both for massages and facials. I have only had a few massages, not because they weren’t fantastic (they are amazing), but because for me, when I have the extra money, my priority is typically skincare over massages. I have moved about an hour away and still make the trip back to Debra. My skin was always a little acne prone, not severe, but when I got into my 20s and still dealing with it I was very frustrated. I saw 3 different dermatologists over the years who prescribed me different medicines that might clear the acne but left my skin looking awful. I tried all different over the counter/​dept. store washes/​toners/​exfoliators, etc. with mixed or no results. Debra has been the only person who has figured out exactly what my skin needs to keep it healthy and balanced. With Debra you get knowledge, honesty, and results. And an extremely kind and caring person too!

I’ll begin by saying I used to «get around» if you know what I mean, in the massage world. I utilized specials, coupons, deals, whatever to get a discount massage before I realized that most of them are not even worth the hour on the table. I mean, what good is a cheap massage when I’ve got better things to do with my time? Which brings me to Debra-​Jean. I didn’t even use a coupon, I’ll admit. I went to her because I have two friends who won’t see anyone else, I was in some pain with a spasm, and I just could not risk another second rate back rub from a «fast food» massage joint. Well, I found out that all massages are NOT created equal. Debra-​Jean took the time to really asses my situation, she asked questions, she looked at my posture and then she started the treatment. From the first couple of questions I just knew that she had education, experience, and a real love for what she does. Just that alone is enough to get me to relax and be able to really trust the process of letting my spasm wracked back release itself. I could really feel the targeted treatment working. Debra-​Jean also was very thorough in instructing me on what to do to take care of the area and avoid letting it happen again. I have a long commute and I’m always in danger of having my back and shoulders act up on me. You can’t just let some teenager out of massage school work on an injury or when you are in pain – that might even make it worse. Well, after an hour with Debra-​Jean, I will join my two friends who are devoted clients and I will not go to anyone else. Trust me on this one.
