Among the multitude of mortgage specialists I have worked with through my extensive career as a professional real estate consultant, Alexander Estrin of Western Capital Group stands out as the man who always gets things done. I have just closed a transaction for my client with the most complicated situation of the year. My client was denied by several banks when she tried to get a loan against one of her investment properties. Alex and his team have worked for over 8 weeks (!!!) to make the cash out loan happen for my client. He never gives up, communicates very well with any party involved in the transaction, either it is a home purchase, refinance, small business or commercial loan or anything else. We recently refinanced our house, and Alex Estrin made process so easy. I’m definitely one that does not do well with paperwork and keeping everything in order. He did all of the work for us, and walked us through it step-​by-​step. He would even take emails on the weekend when he wasn’t working just to help us. I just finished a refinance with western capital group and i couldn’t be more happy how everything turn out. I worked with Alexander Estrin and i could think of using anyone else after dealing with him. He’s was the most honest and professional person i ever had work with. I was in the process of refinancing my house with another bank, but the person i was dealing with rude and never responded to my emails. Doing a refinance over the web is kind of scary because you never know who your dealing with. After the bad service i started searching for more companies to refinance with. I had no idea how much the mortgage lending business had changes since 2008. Alex with Western Capital Group knows what has changed and what it takes in todays world of new banking and lending laws to get the job done. Alex asked for documentation in anticipation of the underwriting requests and in each and every instance was able to provide the lending institution with proper primary and backup information as needed. Alex even went the extra mile and sent the closing documents to a US Consulate in Spain, where we were vacationing, to be notarized.
