Best place ever!!! Anna Maria best bartender we’ve ever met. I found Vampire Lounge through a Groupon. Beautiful place inside. Wine was awesome. I love Fangria :) Such a great time.

I went here about a month ago with 4 other friends. We had a Groupon and a reservation… For some mysterious reason, the reservation didn’t take. So, we had to sit down stairs in a very small lounge area. We really didn’t know much about the wines they offered so we proceeded to ask questions. I guess this pissed the bartender off because he was very rude to us. He seems bothered by us. One of my friends who had previously been there said a different guys worked there who was much more pleasant. If we had not had good friends around to lighten up the mood, this place would have gotten 1 star !

I purchased a Groupon to this place. I called and made a reservation a few weeks in advance for my friend’s birthday. When we arrived the place was EXTREMELY small and they could not accommodate four of us sitting together. The manager, Milton, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would never return here.

WORSTPLACEEVER!!! My dear friend made a reservation of 4 and when I arrived, there were not enough seats for us to sit as a group. I politely asked MILTON where should we sit as we have a reservation and he was dismissive and rude. He said they had a private party upstairs and I had to choose the seats on the ground level. HEHADNOCUSTOMERSERVICEATALL and didn’t offer a solution and walked away before I could even ask him another question. I was excited because this was for my friend but none of us felt that warm welcome you are suppose to get when you walk into a business. We ended up going to Ocean Prime and had a much better time. I checked this dope place out last night, Oct. 30th, and returning to night to celebrate hollows eve. Met a bunch of outgoing ppl. The décor is rad as af. The staff is really cool. Talk to this Dood Milton. He’s a rad guy and knows his wine. The place was packed and the staff and management did great. I highly recommend.

Really good wines, though a bit pricey. We went for the Wine & Tricks evening and it was a lot of fun. The evening included five HUGE pours, a dark chocolate bar, and a 45 minute magic show. We had only finished three of the wines when it was time to move upstairs for the entertainment. We were allowed to take our wine with us and return to the bar after the show for our remaining wines. My only complaint is the GPS had a hard time locating the building. We ended up in the Beverly Hilton were the concierge gave us walking directions to the tasting room.

Milton’s(General Manager) knowledge and palette gives you a near-napa full on experience. This place is intimate and provides the attention that every person and celebrity derserves. I came here for my best friend’s birthday and we had an absolutely wonderful time. This place is set for big things. Don’t miss out on it!

This place is seriously cool! I came here with my partner in January and although the there was only one other couple in there with us the entire two hours we were there — I loved it. They really play up the vampire element all around this place and even he Nosferatu playing on a flat screen in the bathroom! It’s very dark, rich in color and there’s tons of neat stuff to look at upstairs. They even have a Vampire Tarot Card collection! We got a bottle of Draculas merlot and I regret opening it! I wish I would’ve saved it but I highly recommend checking it out. I plan on returning for some more bottles next time I visit LA.

Vampire lounge has great tasting fangria a must have. My gf and I enjoyed a great game of chess while having their Vampire flight of wine. After we sat outside and enjoyed their fangria which was amazing. Great music playlist and atmosphere

They make all their own wine, which I love. If you’re looking for a specific brand outside of their own, then you should try a different place. They have some tasty reds though, and I liked everything I had. It’s a great little place too. Very nicely decorated, it feels like you’re in a nice living room with comfy sofas, some interesting books to look at, and even a few games if you’re looking for something to do. Try a taster and get a few different styles. I was quite happy with the quality relative to the price. If you’re craving sweets afterwards, you can get a cupcake right down the road at Sprinkles 24-hour automated dispenser. Enjoy!

I’ve lived in the area for years and had no idea this place existed. Nestled on Little Santa Monica Blvd, just a few blocks away from Beverly Hills High School, this place is quaint with a ton of charm. There is a small food menu so don’t plan on really eating there, it’s not great. But the wines are really good. My second visit there, my friend had a Living Social deal for the wine flights for 2 which we happily partook in. I will say the«manager» was friendly but completely useless. He was not knowledgeable of the menu and seemed very overwhelmed when other customers also needed his attention. But overall, a really cute spot.

If you want to experience what it would be like to be a vampire, this is the place for you. Decadent furnishings, cold, and no sign of daylight. Enjoy the atmosphere while drinking on blood red wine to satisfy your thirst. Btw, look for Taylor. He’s the best bartender and gives the warmest welcomes. Be sure to tip him well… he knows his stuff!

I came once and really enjoyed myself and the wine. Last Thursday, not so much, read my letter that I sent to management below: Hi, I would like to make a complaint about visiting your lounge last Thursday. I had been there previously since it is walking distance from our offices and I really enjoyed the experience. This time around was quite the opposite. Upon entering with my colleague there was only one other couple at the bar. We sat down and ordered our first wine tasting glass and apparently when the guy behind the bar poured it, he slightly missed and poured wine down the side of the glass. I was engaged in conversation so did not witness this. I picked up the glass unknowingly and before taking a first sip, the wine trickles off the stem and base of the glass onto my really expensive white pants. I was really upset(which was apparent) and the guy behind the bar proceeds to pick up the glass and wipe off the base and the stem. Doesn’t apologize, doesn’t offer any napkins and when I look at him in complete shock, he says: «there’s a bathroom back there.» I went to the bathroom but of course none of it came off, there were 3 stains from the red wine(neither did it come off when I got home and soaked it in spray-n-wash which usually works, it just turned from red to purple to blue). We also had ordered a charcuterie /cheese plate combo like last time and he gave us 3 slices of meat, 2 tiny rectangular pieces of cheese with a knife for $ 12 and that was it. I asked about crackers or bread and he says«oh we don’t do that anymore.» I mentioned we were offered that the last time and he said«Well we do have crackers if you want.» I don’t understand why A) Why we weren’t offered crackers in the first place if there were still some left & B) why he didn’t apologize about the wine, offer any napkins or even comp anything off for ruining my pants. I do not know if my colleagues and I will be returning. I just wanted you to be aware of this service and ruined experience. I would also like to add that my colleague had wanted to come here because he saw a sign outside earlier in the day that said«Twilight hour» 4−7pm. We arrived there a little after 6pm and mentioned the special and the bartender said«We don’t have that today.» We mentioned the sign out just earlier that day which is why we came and he said: «No there is no sign.» This only added to our frustration. Thanks, Natalie

This place is small but super quaint. They have a bar area, an upstairs lounge with couches, a small game table and then a wall mounted shelf that served as another bar area. Nicely placed seating in such a tight space. The service was great! The bartender was super sweet and was awesome keeping everyone happy, chatted up and with full glasses! :) Before ordering, we walked upstairs to check out the lounge seating area, and we kinda walked in on a couple so we thought we’d give them some privacy and walk back downstairs. LOL! It’s a public space folks… keep it PG! We sat at the game table by the window and played a game of chess while we enjoyed our flights of wine. I ordered the Vampire Flight($ 20) and my friend ordered the Trublood flight($ 30). Each had 5 samples consisting of 2 whites and 3 reds. Both were fantastic, I think I enjoyed the Trublood tastes a bit more though as they weren’t as dry. It was a Saturday night, but we didn’t have to fight for parking at all. There was plenty of street parking right outside the store front. I didn’t think the place needed to be dimmer at all. The lighting was perfection. What got me was the vampire inspired movie playing on one of the walls, haha! They had it muted and the closed captioning on so you weren’t yelling over the movie sounds. We were easily able to ignore it throughout the night, though. Super cute first date spot! :) Definitely a conversation stater if nothing else!

Interior/ambience: perfect 5. Lots of intricate details that add a lot of character. It almost feels like you’re invited to someone’s house and you’re chilling in the living room as his or her guest. Even the bar area is very small and close that everyone ended up talking together by the end of the night. Very intimate and quiet. It was the perfect kind of atmosphere my husband enjoys(boring and quiet and low-key). Although, I will say it was weird that they were playing top 40 music throughout the night. Wine: We got the living social wine tasting deal. $ 25 wine tasting for two which is a fantastic deal. I got the white flight and my husband got the red flights. You have a lot more to choose from when you do the red flight. My husband really enjoyed the cab and the Shiraz. I’m not much of a wine person. I’m more of a bottled water girl. I may not be able to tell you about the white wines I tried, but I sure can give a darn good critique of the different types of bottled water brands if you’re ever interested. Cheese plate: aka«fromage» in vampire language. I think it was around $ 12. It was nice to have something to nibble on but there wasn’t a lot of variety in the cheese. Service: 5 the bartender adriana(?) is extremely sweet and cute. I felt like I was in her house and she was a gracious host — just the way service should be. Chess: now this is what made the bar from a 4 to a 5. My husband has been talking a lot of trash about beating me in chess so I just had to shut him up. We were the two nerdy Asians playing chess in the corner of the bar. With the wine tasting, chess and talking to other people, we ended up staying there for three hours! My husband and I were so proud of ourselves for staying up until midnight!(If you’re married, you will understand why that’s such a big deal.) Location/parking: great Beverly Hills location. You’re a couple of blocks from Sprinkles cupcake, rodeo drive shopping and all the eateries around. You can do street parking on Santa Monica. You won’t have a problem finding spots on a weekend night.

I love finding new lounges and bars near Century City and this place does not disappoint. Of course, I searched for bars through my Unilocal app and was able to find a few decent places that weren’t so overpriced. My friend and I sat on table with a window view. The lounge itself is very tiny and the upstairs seating has a couple of couches where you can sip your wine and engage someone in friendly conversation. Creighton, who was our bartender/server, was friendly and knowledgeable about all the different wines. He even kept the place open an extra hour for us! I was able to find parking on the street within a very short walking distance of the lounge. I will be back! Oh yeah, the only bad thing is that they close so early! You can’t possibly close a bar/lounge at 10pm or 11pm when there is an avid drinker in the room!

So the space doesn’t really scream«vampire!» Yes, the decorations are lavish and dark, but it’s fairly bright inside and there are mirrors everywhere. I’ve always assumed that vampires aren’t all that interested in mirrors, since they can’t see themselves anyway, right? It was very quiet on a Saturday night. Creighton(or Crayton? I’m taking another reviewer’s spelling of his name) was so nice, and he poured me a couple samples before I decided on his initial choice of a sweet red. After procuring our drinks, we headed upstairs to the loft area for some intimate conversation. Although a few people came in later to sit at the bar below, I barely even noticed their presence, so it was like we were alone in the establishment. I felt like I was sitting in someone’s living room, so it was extremely comfortable and welcoming. I could have stayed there for quite some time, just talking the night away. Since there are two couches and other footstools, etc., a fair amount of people can fit up there for a little private event or tasting. I would definitely come back for another date or with girlfriends, just as some place quiet where we can catch up and enjoy each other’s company. We didn’t even have to go down for a refill, since Creighton came up to check on us and brought us another round when we were ready.

Came here the other day and sat at the bar with the«wine» guy. He was super nice and friendly. Definitely made the experience awesome since we’ve never been there. We did the red flight an all the wines were amazing! Definitely try the true blood ones! We also got the cheese and meat plate which went perfectly. He even gave us more bread :) We each got one of those gargoyle statue for checking in and taking a picture of it.
