I recently brought a piece of jewelry to this father and son team for appraisal and boy was I impressed. They both were so professional and pleasant to do business with. Very much a trusting pair. These guys know their diamonds! They have some beautiful pieces in their collection as well! Anyone looking to sell or buy anything diamond related, The Jackels are the guys to speak to. I can’t stress enough how impressed I was with them!

A friend referred me here. I came in with half a dozen fine Tiffany pieces, and Tom Jr. was very helpful! He explained that the pieces would only be considered for melt-​down value, but said that my small collection is very wearable and in good condition. He encouraged me to try to sell the pieces elsewhere because other collectors might be interested in reselling Tiffany jewelry, rather than melting it down. I really appreciated his candor and professionalism, and he even referred me to another, more retail-​focused jeweler in the area who might offer a higher price.
This place is very legitimate. I didn’t feel pressured to sell or make any decisions today, and Tom Jr. simply asked that I keep him in mind if I’m not able to find a different buyer.
Valet parking is available under the building for $ 2 per 15-​minutes, or use metered street parking nearby.

I went to the Jackels to have my diamonds, jewelry, and watches appraised and possibly sell. Thomas was friendly at first but he complained that my jewelry stones were too small. He didn’t tell me how much each item was worth but just gave me an approximate range for everything. I went elsewhere, found out the value of each item, and got offered twice his amount! Thomas was dishonest and tried to trick me by telling me my items weren’t much worth. I’m so glad that I did my homework and tried different buyers. Otherwise I would’ve been tricked by the Jackels. If you’re looking for a place to sell your jewelry, don’t go to this place because he will trick you.
