Swifty Movers Los Angeles Moving

Amazing movers! They were super quick and all of my furniture is in perfect condition still! My movers were so gentle with my stuff they wrapped up all of my stuff with padding and everything

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They never showed up!
I scheduled a move with this company because the price was good and Lawrence seemed very helpful on the phone. or June 14 9 am and was told that I would receive a call to confirm on the 13^th. When I hadn’t received a call at about 1 pm on the 13^th I called them myself and left a voicemail. I called a couple more times and finally reached Lawrence at about 5 he apologized for not calling me and confirmed that movers would be at my place at the following morning.
9 am came and went with no movers and no phone call. After calling multiple times, I finally reached someone at about 12:40 pm. Halfway through my explanation for why I was calling the line was disconnected (still not sure if he hung up on me or not).
When I called back, my call was rejected and I got a text telling me to call back.
I responded to the text by saying that I had been waiting for my movers since 9. His response was «Sounds like you should of called someone else by now»
No apology, no explanation, nothing.
I was so angry with the lack of concern and the disrespect.
