Susan’s Skin & Body Care

I received a gift certificate from Spa Finder for my birthday. I chose Susan’s because her website said something about Reiki and I was curious. Once I arrived however Susan talked me into a specialized Chinese massage and facial. Both were incredible. I generally have lower back issues and I honestly have had no pain or problems with my back since I went. She did sell me a facial cream that was costly before I left but I have to admit my skin looks great. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely go back when I can afford it. I almost forgot to mention that two weeks after my treatment I received a phone message from Susan checking in on me. Love the added attention!

I was recommended to Susan by my makeup artist. I expected a facial where a mask was put on my face and then various moisturizers creams and lotions. Susan gives your face a rejuvenation based on Chinese principles almost like a face peel if you get the series she offers which is well worth it as she spends approx 2−½ hours per session. During that time she will also work acupressure lines, the theory being that tension in your body is reflected on your face.
For the series, Susan gave me stem cell moisturizers for day and evening. I was very satisfied with the treatment. She will take pictures of you before the series and afterwards and there is a noticeable difference. My skin is tighter and has a glow. Once you see her, you will never again want a traditional facial.

I went in today for the first time. I walked over after work to get a deep cleansing facial. Getting an appointment was easy. It’s a really small super clean place. There’s a consultation process as soon as you get there.
Susan does the procedures herself. I wound up getting an enzyme facial because she said it’d be more beneficial. She also gave me a dark circle and back massage which were great. I’m really glad I gave her a shot. My skin is really smooth and I didn’t peel like I have at other spas.
She got me to buy one of the German creams she used on me though. I couldn’t say no even though I wanted to. So if you’re on a budget watch out at the end. I’ll totally go back for other treatments but I’ll be skipping the added products.
