Safety & Life Support CPR Training

My Wife and I completed a CPR course with Bianca. She could not have been a better instructor, making us feel relaxed and comfortable. She had great patience and actually made the experience fun. Bianca was also happy to talk about her own experiences using CPR to save people where she happened to be in the right place at a the right time, I hope she’s around if I ever need it! Overall this was a very worthwhile thing to do with the best trainer.

Elizabeth is AMAZING! I have taken 6 or more CPR trainings and this one is by far the best. Elizabeth is engaging and passionate about what she teaches. She covers first aid which I have never seen before. No boring videos. I have learned more than ever before and she made it fun! HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I will never go to anyone else again. :D

I received my CPR & AED instruction from Zach this morning. This was my first time going through the certification process and, I gotta say, this is the ONLY way I could imagine doing it. Signing up and scheduling a time was a breeze — I called in and spoke to Elizabeth who was nothing but sweet, helpful and accommodating. She worked with my schedule to set up a time and gave me all information I needed. She informed me they provided at-​home instruction with one of their qualified trainers and it would take about an hour. I was pleasantly surprised to hear this since I was expecting to take 4 – 6 hours out of a Saturday to sit in a classroom with a group of people and watch some boring video. So not the case with Safety & Life Support CPR Training!
Zach, the instructor, arrived at my place on time and was very approachable and easy to talk to. During the instruction, Zach was very thorough and always checked in to see if I had any questions or if anything he covered was unclear. The one-​on-​one training in my own house was not only more comfortable and convenient for me, but it made it easier to hone in and get undivided attention on a subject matter that’s so crucial for the safety and welfare of those in need during an emergency. I highly recommend them and I’ll be seeing them in the future for re-​recertification =)

definitely recommend this class! im starting rn school and needed a class asap! i stuck gold when i emailed the instructor (liz) directly and she responded within minutes! she trained me for the heartsaver bls/​cpr/​aed/​first aid and made me feel completely prepared for any emergency.

I am going to Nursing School and took this class for Heartsaver BLS and Healthcare Provider. This class was a wonderful class, taught really well with great instructors! Elizabeth Rodriguez and Zachary made the class fun and gave so much great information. I learned a lot! Highly recommended!

Ok… so I was hestitant to take the class a couple of weeks ago because I have the attention span of a 4 year old, but was surprised at how well ELIZABETH RODRIGUEZ taught this class! It was an information packed 3 hour class full of tips and life saving techniques that anyone can master making the average person feel empowered about what to do in everyday scary situations. So glad to that I was able to find this class on Unilocal and I’m even having my little one take the class too. It’s too bad I only have a 5 star limit. **********

I don’t know about other CPR certification courses, but Bianca from Safety & Life Support CPR Training is quite honestly THE best. She’s not just a great CPR teacher, but a great person. Her demeanor is warm and welcoming and I love her teaching style: She uses positive affirmations to reinforce the material you’re learning, and of course the hands on learning is exactly what I needed. She’s very encouraging and informative, and knows her stuff. Highly, highly, highly recommend if you’re wanting to get certified!

I am a preschool owner and I have been using Safety & life support for years in certifying my staff. Elizabeth is funny engaging and easy to learn from. She is thorough using different scenarios to explain things and many visual and kinesthetic aids for a variety of learners.
She CLEARLY has a passion for what she does. We are so happy and would highly recommend training form Safety & life support.

While necessary, and a requirement for healthcare jobs, CPR training is, for me, historically long and dull, and repetitive. Not as of today! Meet Elizabeth Rodriguez! I learned more in this comprehensive 2 hour course than I have in 20 years of classes. She is very well informed and her content is up to date. She teaches with humor and dignity. Not a minute is wasted. Employers, trust me… if you get this training for your employees they will LOVE you!

I highly recommend booking your class with Safety and Life Support CPR training! They were very thoughough and answered all of my questions to put me at ease!!! A group of Mom’s that are friends of mine are getting a group together and I really hope they are able to use Liz!

This is my first review on Unilocal ever, and I am a chronic Unilocaler… but I had such a great experience, that I overcame my usual laziness with writing reviews. I actually ENJOYED my re-​certification training for Heartsaver CPR training with Bianca! She is wonderful; concise, knowledgable, and focused on the most important part of CPR training… the actual administration of CPR and how to perform CPR and AED under the stress of an emergency on adults, children, and infants. She also went over a lot of really important information that EVERYBODY should know. like basic first aid, legal issues, the heimlich maneuver, and being able to recognize health issues that are commonly seen to require emergency medical attention (heart attacks, strokes, electrical burns, etc.) Bianca also talked about the realities of what could happen during life saving efforts such as CPR. (Like 75% of the time, the victim’s ribs are broken with percussion during CPR) After her course, I feel competent that I can perform CPR, rescue breaths, operate the AED, administer basic first aid, and part the Red Sea. (Just kidding about the parting of the Red Sea)

I work as an RN now and have had to get re-​certified over the past few years numerous times… usually the classes are either really (unnecessarily) long, boring, uninformative and impersonal. Bianca is amazing and the opposite of all of this. The session was personal, engaging and REAL! Meaning that, I felt like I could ask her any question and not feel like an idiot (because, let’s be real here, there is SO much to know in the medical field so even the best and brightest can forget the details at times!) I highly recommend this company (and in particular, Bianca!) Was a great experience and so not stuck up, snotty or high brow. Just real and really cool!

Liz is great! I work for a major airline and we contracted Liz to come out and teach a group of us CPR, First-​Aid and Life Support. She showed us everything that we needed to know to walk out of there confident with our newly acquired skills. She was warm, thorough and gave a professional, time-​effecient presentation. I found her on Unilocal and am so happy that the Unilocal’ers before me gave an accurate review of Liz and her services. I loved this class! The time and length of course was reasonable. I had never had CPR training before and I learned so much. I feel confident enough to help someone if they ever need it. Elizabeth is a great teacher. She discusses the recent updates made by the American Heart Association. My favorite one was that there is NO more breathing into the mouth. Chest compressions are all you need. This is great to know! I would recommend this to anyone who is interested! ENJOY!

I needed to learn CPR and First Aid, and get certified for them. The nursing department of our school recommended Safety & Life Support. Elizabeth R. Goldstein was our instructor. She was very nice and approachable. She had each of us demonstrate what we have learned on each other and on the mannequins in the classroom. She was very updated with what’s the latest technique that is recognized by the American Heart Association and the Red Cross. She was a great teacher.

I needed CPR, Infant CPR and First Aid for certification and, to tell you the truth, I was not looking forward to taking the class. I guess I thought it would be important but dry information that needed to be memorized. This could not be farther from the truth. From the time I arrived until the time I left the class I was completely engaged.
I left there feeling confident in my abilities to perform CPR and First Aid. Elizabeth explained everything with ease, passion and knowledge. I really enjoyed the time I spent in the class and before I knew it the class was over and I had the skills and my certification:)
