Rick Farber

I have followed Rick across three salons. Ow because I truly haven’t found someone that I can trust with my hair more than him. Rick knows what he is doing. He’s done everything from bringing me all the way to blonde from my natural brunette to bring me all the back, and I’ve gone to him for blow outs for special occasions and couldn’t be happier with the results.
I like his latest location at James Kendall Salon. It’s a fun spot and the staff is really attentive here.
Above all, Rick will listen to what you want. And, when I don’t know (which is often) he comes up with his own ideas and I’ve never had more compliments on my hair color or cut. Plus, he’s a sweetheart to boot.

RICK FARBER, HAIRSTYLIST EXTRAORDINAIRE: I’ve been getting my hair colored by Rick Farber ever since I met him on set, back in 2004, while shooting a commercial. I’m a brunette and am very weary of going too dark i.e. Elvira or too red and brassy. Rick has never disappointed. I walk out of the salon feeling better about myself. I never go «brassy» under his care. He’s incredibly thoughtful, a great listener, and offers great advice on color & style without ever being intimidating. Rick Farber is a true gem.
I sent my friend, who was visiting back east for a killer cut and gorgeous color and she couldn’t have been happier. Total makeover! I don’t know what I’d do without him! I Highly recommend Rick to anyone needing a freshen, major, update or change in their life in regards to their hair.
