Just received some flowers from this place 10 minutes ago. I feel terrible for the person that sent them to me. Low quality and terrible service. 1. I got a call from them asking me to meet the delivery person on the street so that they didn’t have to pay for parking in my office building. 2. The arrangement was not good. Outdated arrangement and low quality flowers that are barely still alive. I understand FTD wires orders to this florist so the sender has little control over the final product. If you use FTD, make sure they don’t send your order to this florist. I would not recommend this place at all.

My boyfriend purchased a bouquet for our anniversary. He told me what he asked them to do, and to be honest, what they out together was horrible. The bouquet looked outdated like whoever designed it had no sense of presentation. Flowers are supposed to be beautiful not ugly

Worst flower shop!!! I order through and partially it is there fault for partnering up with such an unprofessional establishment. This flower shop has been one of the worst. They delivered the ugliest flowers. They weren’t arranged at all. It look like they just grabbed some flowers n put them in a base. The«arrangement» contained no roses as the picture shows, we’re not put together properly and the note seemed to be prepared by a 1-year old kid. I called to complained and they were very rude, mocked me and they just hung up. If I could rate them as a negative 10, I would. Do not use them!!!

What I ordered and what I got were two different things!!! Let me show you what I ordered online vs what I received below. You partnered with Panache Floral Design who has a one star rating on Unilocal.FTD should do their homework on who they partner with. My daughter had her first child and I ordered flowers to welcome her to her first Mother’s Day and was severely disappointed. The card was written like it was done by a third grader! The flowers are actually half WILTED and nowhere close to what I ordered… not even in the same Galaxy. I understand that they may not look exactly like the picture, but come on… this is nowhere close!!! How does roses translate to carnations and daisies? There isn’t even a single rose in there! I feel ripped off and even worse, had I not seen the picture of them from her, I would have never known. I called FTD and for the trouble I get to have my daughter wait around on Mother’s Day for a pickup of this crappy bouquet by the same florist for a replacement that is done by the same floral shop??? What makes you think if the flowers were crappy and wrong in the first place that waiting around for them to pick them up and delivering something else is 1. Going to be the quality and selection I ordered, 2. Will make up for the inconvenience of her waiting around for them to get them? And 3. Make up for the disappointment of the whole situation? I do not ever recommend this place and I would strongly urge FTD to do their homework and not have a contract through the them.

A flower shop is a service business. It rises and falls on the quality of its service, not the quality of its flowers. All sorts of shops have good flowers, but if the service at one place is great, and at the other is awful, well, the other place should not succeed. How bad is the service at Panache’ Floral Design? Well, it’s Valentine’s Day and I’m spending part of my day here on Unilocal in order to warn people to stay far, far away. That’s how bad. Through FTD, I placed an order for delivery to my girlfriend for a bunch of red roses the day before Valentine’s Day, a Friday. Imagine my surprise when she called me Wednesday to thank me for the flowers. Suddenly my V-Day plans had gotten a bit skimpier. (Plus the roses already seemed to be on their way toward wilting. As of this writing, they’re in Full Wilt Mode. The included card indicated that the provider was Panache’ Floral Design.) (Oh yeah – Panache’? There’s no accent in panache. That’s just – ye gods, did they think that would make it look fancier? It doesn’t. Yeesh.) The folks at FTD were terrific, they apologized and promised to send another bunch of roses on Friday, as originally promised. But Friday passed – no roses. Now it’s Saturday, and no roses. So I called again, and they said that delivery had been reported on Friday. Except we never got them. And it’s not like Panache’ couldn’t find the place, because they’d found it just fine the first time around. Draw your own conclusions. FTD used the phrase«rogue flower shop» and promised a third delivery, this time provided by a different flower shop. I’m perfectly confident that that one will go just fine, and in the meantime, please – stay away from Panache’. Stay far away. For the love of all that’s holy, save Valentine’s Day and go someplace else!

This is the most atrocious bouquet I’ve ever received in my life. Cheap vase, rotten flowers, and they spelled my name wrong on the card. I would rather run into traffic than stare at the flowers another minute.

My boyfriend ordered my mother the $ 65 «Precious Heart Bouquet» which specifically states on their website that it comes with«fuchsia roses, red matsumoto asters, pink mini carnations and lush greens. Arranged in a classic clear glass vase.» What we got were DYING roses, DYING red matsumoto asters, MISSING pink mini carnations, and brown leaves. Arranged in a tacky red vase. He paid an extra $ 5 to include a greeting card and they wrote his message on a blank piece of paper. He also specifically ordered it to arrive on Valentine’s Day, but it arrived the day before. We are so appalled and would NEVER recommend Panache’ Floral Design to anyone.

This is the worst flower shop I’ve ever come across. My boyfriend spent $ 90 on what should have been a dozen red roses in a red vase for Valentine’s Day. Instead I got 9 dying carnations and 3 roses, all hidden by these awful brown leaves. It should have been a beautiful gift but instead my boyfriend was so upset by what I received. Only in Beverly Hills would you get ripped off so badly.
