Luxlash Beverly Hills

i am officially a lash addict. i was comfortable the entire time, despite my anxiety over someone messing with my eyes! i love my lashes and will keep coming back. the ladies are super professional too.

I won’t be returning to this place. In the 6 visits I have had– one time they were 30 minutes late (store closed when I had booked an appointment) and another time they did not even show up at all for an appointment and took 3 days to call me back after I called twice (no apology).
Shani (technician? She is the only person that works there as far as I can tell) is nice but if I make an appointment and drive across town, I expect the salon to be open.
I went somewhere else to get my eyelashes filled and had to have a LOT of lashes removed because they were glued together– I found out that is why they had been itching so much, because each lash is supposed to be separate instead of the ‘clumps’ put in by luxlash. I also found out that luxlash is waaaaay more expensive than other salons offering the same (and better) service. I now have lovely, individual lashes with no clumps of glued together mess!!!

I’ve had my lashes done since March and had been going to a place in Seattle where I used to live. I LOVED the place (Eye Candy in Kirkland WA) but knew I had to find a new place when I moved.
I tried Lux Lash because I assumed they’d be the best. Great locations, nice website. Super expensive. I thought I’d be blown away.
I was so wrong. They were very nice and really attentive but the actual lash application was terrible. I flew up to Seattle the next week to have them fixed and my old salon basically had to remove all of the lashes Luxlash applied. They used too much glue, glued my natural lashes together and didn’t remove any old or outgrown lash extensions.
Disappointed. For a newbie to lashes, you might think they look great. But for someone who’s had lashes for a long time, you’ll know they’re not that good. Had I left them on and not fixed it, my natural lashes would have started to fall out and itch.
