Julianna was such a gem I found through these reviews on Unilocal!Was hesitant at first because I normally go all the way to the OC for a hairdo, but wanted to find someone local. She took care of me like no other! Gave me the exact color and cut that I wanted. She is very sweet and easy to chat with, also she will Make you feel relaxed with her hands on your scalp! I feel refreshed and new again! I highly recommend Julianna.

I come in for a Brazilian blowout with Juliana on my birthday; I had dinner planed with my parents who live 2.5 hours away later that evening.
Not only she kept insisting on cutting my hair shorter when I made an appointment for Brazilian (first off my hair was above shoulder length) but also could not finish my hair though I’ve sat through for 3.5 hours. I literally had to leave for the dinner with my parents, they were already at the meeting place. Little did I know: she said she wasn’t even done half way through. (REALLY?!) I told her that I was going to leave because I had to see my parents, that she is not even half way done when she was working on my hair for hours already. ALL OF A SUDDEN she gets furious for wanting to leave. (WTF?!)
Deciding to leave, I get up and I see my hair looking like a TRIANGLE. I looked like I had been wearing the Asian conical hat for hours. I was at the verge of breaking down (!!!) Not only I’ve had to put up with her bitchy –ness, but my hair looked WAY worse than when I first walked in .
I was there for about 4 hours ! However, she was not able to deliver satisfaction to the customers as much as a sweet nice girl she seems to be; my hair incompletely done — looking worse than when I first walked in. And my Brazilian blowout did not stayed more then 1 month! Best place ever to ruin your birthday day and not only !
PS: they talk only Hebrew language around you, makes you feel like they talk about you behind your back. Never going to try this place or refer friends.

Juliana did a great job with my hair. First time I became satisfied with the way my hair was taken care of. She knows what’s is the right style and color for me. She made me feel comfortable while she’s doing my hair. I don’t have to worry how my hair will come out. She showed her confidence in her expertise. My time and money spent are all worthwhile. I had the best hairstyle, color… I feel good about myself. .she helped me built my confidence more. Just got my hair colored by Juliana and I LOVE IT SO MUCH! I got Balayage and it’s exactly what I wanted! So pretty, and she also does a great job at blowdrying my hair! My hair looks bouncy and I keep getting compliments! LOVE IT!

Juliana is so much more than just a hair stylist, she’s a hair chemist, a mommy, and a friend. It’s important to listen to your hair stylist’s advice as she’s there to help you for after care, and that’s what Juliana did.
She was very honest about coloring, what looks good, and knows how to have some fun while in process. Juliana is accommodating offering water and coffee, also breaks when needed.
I had to bring my infant son and younger sister and it made me anxious. Luckily Juliana is a mom herself so she completely understood and enjoyed all of our company.
I highly recommend her! She doesn’t just do you hair, this is her art, and she doesn’t do it for the money, she does it for your smile and transformation!

Juliana is such a sweet and talented hairdresser. I had to correct the horrible brazilian blowout I received from a hairdresser in Palm Springs and Juliana did an amazing job! I’m extremely pleased with her service and the peaceful experience. I’ll definitely return to Juliana again!

I waited over a year once I moved to LA to get my haircut due to the fact that I am always so paranoid about my hair and was going to the same person back home in Ohio forever. Finally, I gave in and decided to hunt for a local stylist in LA that wouldn’t break my bank account (or require me to fly all the way home to get my haircut). A friend recommended Iuliana, and as I love her hair and her original salon was close to my work, I decided to try it.
I am so happy I did! I LOVED my hair (and LOVED Iuliana). She gave me a bunch of layers and bangs, and I always get so many compliments on my hair whenever she cuts it! When she moved, I followed her from her original studio to her new location (despite being all the way across the city). Now I live in Chicago and I‘m so sad that I won’t be able to use her anymore– but I still recommend her to all of my friends– she is amazing!

I was truly surprised at how good my hair looked the first time I let it dry naturally after getting the Brazilian blowout. Juliana did such a great job!

I LOVE Juliana! I’ve been seeing her a couple years and am more than ok driving farther to her new salon because she is amazing! I had a really cute, stylish A-​line bob for a year or so, and I received more compliments on the cut than I can even begin to count. She’s absolutely wonderful and deserving of all of the praise she gets.

Oki, so I used to have really long hair and I aways kept it safe cause it looked pretty. One day I decided I needed a change to complete the changes I’ve been going through this past year. A friend recommended me Iuliana, she’s not only the sweetest person. She’s freakin talented. I was decided I was gonna put my hair in her hands and trust she would do her magic and she did. Never felt sexier. I’m in live with my hair and I’m never going back to long hair… At least not for a while. I totally recommend her.

Iuliana balayaged my hair, brightened my base color, and gave me a trim for volume. In the past, I’ve often struggled with finding a hair stylist that knew how to work with Asian hair, but I love what Iuliana did and I will definitely be coming back here for all of my hair color & cut needs.

I got the brazilian blowout by Iuliana and I could not be more happy with my hair and experience that I had! I have visited numerous salons and stylists throughout the years and none I have stayed with for very long. Iuliana styles my sisters hair so I thought I would give her a try and I am definitely going back to get another brazilian blowout soon. I have very thick course hair so everytime I visit a stylist i am nervous about how my hair will turn out since it is very hard to manage and very time consuming. Iuliana was very understanding, patient and genuinely kind even though I have the thickest most unmanagable hair most people have seen. My brazilian blowout was better then I expected and she definitely took her time and kept saying how happy she wanted me to be with my hair. Most stylists charge me extra for the thickness of my hair but Iuliana didn’t. It was nice to see an actual hair stylist who cared about satisfying her client and wanting to help her build self-​esteem again. My hair was short and afro-​y that would stick up and now it’s sleek, smooth and straighter then any other time I have gotten my hair done and I have visited numerous around Southern California. I have never had a more positive experience.

I highly recommend Julianna. She’s the best hair stylist ever !!! I usually don’t talk highly about a hair stylist because they tend to mess up my damn hair. But ever since I found Julianna, she has been my only hair stylist ever since. I would drive about an hour just to get my hair done by her. So I highly recommend Julianna as your hair stylist !!!

i checked out Hair Beautification by Iuliana on Unilocal over lunch and, you know, i trust you guys. My hair has been abused by so much coloring and I really want to try out Brazilian Blowout. I mean my hair was dark and it has so many colorings to this ombré look. I really glad I tried out with Iuliana. I was telling her my hair story and she was very nice explaining all the steps, before and after care. She was very sweet and personable, and her blow-​dry skill is da bomb! She transformed my boring long hair to silky hair! Truly fabulous!!! Recommended to all.

Iulianna is definitely the best! I’ve been going to her for years now and we’ve tried different styles, cuts, and colors, and everything she does comes out amazing.
She has also done my makeup for photoshoots and videoshoots and she is equally talented at that too! She is really incredible in every field of beauty :)

From a guy who just wants a simple hair cut to a girl looking for a glammor-​style cut, Iuliana is great. Iuliana is a very charming person. She was very professional and very friendly. I’m glad I was able to find someone who is a good stylist and friendly at the same time. She is truly the only person I trust with my hair.
