One of the VERY few really good designer flagship stores in LA! It’s spacious, have wide range of collections and accessories, helpful staff «I wouldn’t though say the most spectacular». Armani is my number 1 on the list and if you have the ultimate choice between here or NYC then absolutely no comparison, that one is much better. This store looks like it needs a new look, a shake even for the staff’s manners, the ambience in it is very rigid and still for Armani, I’d expect that «maybe» at NYC’s UES store or Brioni or Berluti but not in here.

Came here 30 min before closing time and we were helped right away by Nazi who is a total sweetheart. Got my dad fitted into a crisp black suit. Free tailoring with the purchase of a suit (because I mean for 3k+ a suit, it should be included lol) — on the spot, Ismael came down and got my dad pinned.
Normally tailoring takes 10 days, but we informed them we would be needing it no later than Friday morning because my wedding is Saturday — they accommodated without charging us the usual «rush» fee.
Scott was very nice — everyone was extremely accommodating and even all stayed with us 10 – 15 min past their closing time to make sure we were all taken care of.
Nazi is the best!

Bought a stylish rain jacket from armani. I never knew I could go in the rain looking good! Did I over pay for a raincoat? Yes. Would I do it again? You betcha! Is stylish. Makes me look good. That’s important. You know what they say about first impression. What better way to make s good one then in an Armani?

Be afraid. Be very afraid. Unless you’re rich as God, you’ll be slurpping ramen for a week and crying into your soup.
But every girl, and guy, should have just one Armani item. Even if it’s just a keychain. Me? I have two suits and three dresses* from the master. They come out of the closet about as often as Oprah and Tom Cruise. But it’s nice to have them there. Nonetheless.
Some very nice stuff. And once in awhile, you should just splurge. You really can’t take it with you after all.
*Boss man bought them for me when we had to attend benefits and the Oscars once. Pleased and proud to say I was wearing the same dress as Dame Helen Mirren. And she gave me the dirtiest look… ever.

Womens items are on the ground floor, lucky women… men unfortunately have to climb a huge suspended staircase that will give you vertigo. Mens items on the second level, as well as the personal shopper department.
Such amazing clothes, shoes and everything.
The help here is friendly enough, I haven’t experienced any outward hostility like at Valentino. They have a really good tailor as well, very fast.
