Terrible quality and poor customer service! We recently purchased for a client and the chair arrived with a clear and obvious manufacturing defect. Not only did they refuse to accommodate a swap-​out, we were literally screamed at on the phone. Very disappointing and will not be shopping here again. Shipping prices are also highway robbery, especially for local delivery. Definitely keep looking elsewhere.
