Galstian Speech Therapy

I went to this person thru my Dr Joe Sugarman a great ENT Doctor. I guess she rents space in his office,
I had just had vocal chord surgery and had one appt in Canada for speech therapy and needed to continue speech therapy back in LA. I booked an appt which was supposed to be an assessment and treatment for $ 225.
All I got was Noelle Galstain listening voice instruction on my cell phone recorder from the therapist in Toronto, saying things like I would do that too.
I ended up with nothing.
I had great difficulty trying to book an appt with her and finally she told me that she is swamped with house calls and only works 2 days a week. Finally she agreed to an appt but then cancelled it as she told me it would be a special trip to the office as she does not work on a Thursday. However She did refer to me to a great speech therapist Joanna Cazden at Cedars Sinai Hospital Who is an experienced professional.
I asked why did she waste my time and take my money? I asked for a return of my money but she refused.
I would say in my opinion that this is not someone who thinks of this this job as a full time career.
I would not recommend her.
