I can’t eat a full combo meal, so I get the kid’s meal at fast food joints. $ 8 for a kid’s meal is outrageous to begin with, but this was just so ordinary. And the lines go one forever. Part of the problem is the dearth of quick service places in Beverly Hills. Everyone crowds here & Chipotle. But, it’s a last-ditch option.

I don’t know what the deal is, but I am suddenly a huge fan of hamburgers, specifically fat burger. The seasoning is super yummy. came in for lunch today. it wasn’t very busy. I much prefer this location over the one on La Cienega. Although I will say La Cienega had an extremely friendly staff. I ordered the medium fatburger and added an egg and bacon. if you are not a Mayo fan, like me, be sure to say no mayo, because it does come with it. I love me some FATBURGER… now I just have to try to stay away so I don’t become fat myself…

I came here on Sunday with my brothers and my mom for an early lunch, before my mom and I had to catch our bus to San Francisco to go back home. I had to go to the bathroom before my mom was going to order for 4 people, the person said that I had to buy something in order to use the bathroom! The person behind the register looked like she wasn’t happy working there or just plain board. I said I had to go now before I pee and poop in my pants right here. She gave me the key to the restroom. I wasn’t dressed like a slob I was casual, what is it they have homeless people in Beverly Hills?! The person greet us like Hi, welcome to FatBurger! How are you? I ordered the Turkey Burger and it wasn’t good, the burger tasted dry and the ground turkey was dark and salty! It was expensive for 4 people!

NEVERGOINGBACKAGAIN. The only reason we went here is that it was the only place open at this time. Went there around 10:30pm(closing time 11:00pm) by 10:45pm the manager started yelling were closing in 10 mins pack your food and make your way out! So we’re finishing up and cleaning up so they don’t have to clean after Us. Then the manager starts yelling at our table saying«I still see you sitting we have to close in 10 mins pack and leave now!!» The managers name is Steve he’s so rude and very condescending although it was 10:50 pm he still had the guts to kick us out. I won’t leave it there I’m emailing corporate about this guy Steve. Even the burger wasn’t even cooked properly it was cold. Im never going any fatburger anymore. BURGERLOUNGE actually is way better and customer service there is exellent.

I had to wait 2 hours for a delivery. Witch would have been fine if they had let me no this ahead of time. When I called to ask why its taking so long I spoke with a «manager» and she had a very bad attitude. I told her you could have just told me this when I called to place the order and she replied with we are not dominos.

Worst service ever. It took 2 hours for delivery, I live 5 blocks away, spent $ 50 on 5 cold burgers and the manger said nothing I can do for you.(Bad management)

I visited this Fatburger location in February 2015 in the afternoon with a friend and we ordered two burgers. The burgers were decently good(typically what you can reasonably expect at Fatburger). Unfortunately, the main problem at this location is with management and the workers. The service quality is absolutely disastrous. The employees and the manager are very unhelpful and rude. This completely ruined our experience at Fatburger that day. This location also does not offer parking spots, which makes it very difficult to access, since street parking is also challenging in the area. The only positive thing about this place is its location but unfortunately, this does not compensate for all its problems. Overall, my experience with this Fatburger was very negative and I would not recommend it. Feel free to message me for any additional details that you may need!

Two Bad Experiences Are More Than Enough At Two Different Fatburgers! Can You Believe It! This afternoon being Thursday, July 23, 2015 at approximately 12:50 P.M., I went into the location at: 474 North Beverly Drive, Beverly Hills, California 90210 and I had a voucher from the corporate office to use. However, when I walked in there, I needed to use the bathroom and was told that they Only let paying customers use the bathroom which was fine and since I had a Paid Voucher to use from the Corporate Office, I assumed that it would be No Problem! Unfortunately, their Very Angry On Site Manager who I knew was in charge REFUSED to let me use the bathroom until I paid and ordered, even though I showed him my Legitimate, Paid Voucher! I thought this was Totally, Rude, Disgusting and Low Class Etiquette To Tell The Paying Customer That They Have To Pay And Order BEFORE Being Allowed To Use The Bathroom! I was extremely Angry and Offended by his Poor Approach, Poor Judgment and Rude, Unhealthy Manners that I just clearly walked out of there. There is definitely something wrong with their Management! I can understand this Happening Once, but Twice Already In Less Than Two Weeks at Two Different Locations is Absurd! Omg. This NEVER Happens at Subway! I think I will find another Restaurant Chain to Patronize! Enclosed, in the pictures, please two photographs showing you the location where I received horrible service for doing absolutely Nothing Wrong! PS: Final Thoughts: What Difference Does It Make When I Ordered As Long As I Am A Legitimate, Paying Customer? PS: No Wonder This Particular Location Also Received So Many Negative Reviews

This location sucks worse than any other fatburger in existence. Bad service from amateur cashiers who don’t know what they’re doing. Bad food quality. cold burgers and stale fries. They refused to refund my money on food that was almost inedible. Never again! ;(

Worst customer service ever!!! Dont ever come here, its a waste of time. I will write the details later!!! Details: This place is unbelievable!!! When I called to order for delivery they told me that they are very busy today so they can’t accept any orders for delivery. I totally understand so I decided to just order for pick up. I called them around 1 pm and since they are busy I told them that I will pick it up around 2pm. So when I got to Fatburgers, the cashier named«Brian» said that they do not have enough cash for change. So they took the cash of the customer in front of me and when he saw me paying with cash as well, he took my money and gave the cash to his co-worker to go to the nearest bank to get some change. He didn’t even ask me what my name was or what order I was there to pick up. This was already taking 15 minutes of my lunch break. I followed up with the cashier and asked him what was the hold up. He said that the lady with the cash was not back yet from the bank with the change. This was holding up my 30 minutes lunch break. By the time I received my food, it was already time for me to head back to work. So, a few more minutes pass and I decided to cancel my order because this was taking way too long. Another cashier asked me what my order was and she started to help me. When she checked the cash register they had enough change for me. So they insisted to continue with my order since it was already ready. I decided to get my food and this is what they gave me(refer to the photo on this post). It was full of grease and the bag was almost falling apart because of the grease. My co-worker was right, this place has the worst customer service and to never go back to this place again.

NOCHAR?!?. Big mistake. Tried this new location out after avoiding for quite a while and unfortunately, all my greatest fears came true. The staff is all green and disorganized. The food takes a long time and the meat tastes like low-grade fast-food fare a la McDonalds. It’s amazing what difference putting the meat under a real flame makes. And, it’s just as expensive as Fatburger always is, without the quality that you come to expect. If you want to try a good location check out the 24-hr Fatburger on Sepulveda and Santa Monica. They’ve got their s&*t locked down.

Ordered takeout just got home unwarapped the burgers and had to take pictures because the poor quality is unbelievable. I empathize with people that have jobs working at fast food restuarants and seldom complain but i feel obligated to. I will say the service was good, staff was nice, and the shop was clean. But i strongly suggest you check out the pictures because the food is the most vital part. When I called to complain the employee was very nice and applogized then put the manager on the phone(also very nice). They offered me a credit but I told him I’m too skeptical to come back and eat from this location so he refunded. I hope they get their act together. If you go make sure you check your order. Too bad. I wish this was Johnny Rockets again :(

I’ve stopped in this location a few times thinking I’ll give it another shot, maybe I just came on a bad day. The same feeling of disappointment happens every time. 1.) For a burger and fry joint, the prices aren’t too pleasing. 2.) Every time I walk into this location, one or multiple employees are fooling around or stating they’re on the phone with their friend. 3.) My ordering has been interrupted by said comment, making it necessary for me to repeat my order. When I walked in this place last, I ordered the wings and fries combo, which states it includes a drink, but when I didn’t receive my cup, I had to purchase it separately. Cool. The curly fries were nothing but that outer layer of potato that makes them crunchy. There wasn’t any potato inside. They were so gross I couldn’t eat them. The one upside? The wings were great, and always have been! One lady did ask me how my meal was which made it a little pleasant too, as well as a man from the back, but no customer service can make up for the complete lack of order. Maybe give it some time since they’re still new, but unless I crave some wings, I won’t be stopping by this place again any time soon. They need a manager(it didn’t look like anyone was a leader) and teach their employees some real manners and they should become a better place.

Nothing to rave about. This fatburger does seem a little less greasy maybe because it is in BevHills? Not sure. but it just did not seem as fattening. However, there is nothing great about this place. Prices at fatburger is still not relative to the quality and quantity of their food. Not impressed as I was with the Santa Monica fatburger on the promenade. however, fatburger has just not hit the spot since then. By the way. i had the med. fatty combo and it was. just an A-OK.
