Diptyque is truely a scent company. It makes scents from candles to Christmas tree ornaments, and a little bit of body and skin care products. Basically, Diptyque makes designer scents. That’s right, designer scents, and I think that is an excellent idea, don’t you? Diptyque often times are incorporated into a designed home. Many interior designers/decorators think ahead when it is necessary to make the home smelling good at the same time having a beautiful packaging to go along with the home. Diptyque’s scents are very unique and long lasting. Though they are pricey, they are not only worth it, they work out in the end better than buying cheaper products. I love Diptyque and this particular store in BH. The service in this store is top notch. I have been a customer for a while now. If you love to have your home smelling awesome, you should try it. I highly recommend it.

I love candles, but diptyque are among the best. I stumbled upon their boutique in Beverly Hills when I was visiting CA and not only found some great new and familiar candles, but also some genuine, sweet, friendly service. All of the women working there was so personable and so helpful and made me feel like I was visiting a good friend, a good friend with the best candle selection that is! ;-) This makes a HUGE difference when compared to some other stores where the salespeople act as if YOU are beneath them and/or not deserving of basic courtesy. The women I met were not only professional, but sweet and as a result, I wanted more candles too! Lol. This is part of the whole experience that better stores strive for and because of polished and professional employees like this, they can achieve. Anyways, I LOVE all the candles I bought and part of the reason I am looking forward to heading back to CA is just to stop in this boutique, say hello to the girls, and get some more wonderful candles. :-)

I’ve been to the South Coast and Larchmont Diptyque locations but this one is my favorite! I hate shopping for fragrances when SAs are being annoyingly fake and pushy. You don’t get that here as the workers are so nice and helpful without being overbearing. It’s just a very chill environment.

Stopped in briefly to pick up a perfume I’d been lusting over for quite some time, the new geranium scent(it smells so wonderful and I’m using it forever) and was helped out by the most kind and friendly person. It was so refreshing after being treated like dirt by the rest of the employees who work on Rodeo Drive. I wish I could remember her name! So sweet and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.

I’m so thrilled this location exists, because the Larchmont location has the worst customer service. It’s a great place to get gifts for friends and family(and a note to the guys out there — a wonderful gift for your gf/wife!). Many people consider the candles to be a bit overpriced, but the fragrances are so unique and sensual it’s worth every dime in my book. Tip: the candles make wonderful makeup brush holders when empty.

I can’t believe how lucky I was to wander into Diptyque. I was looking for something for my wife for her birthday. Started out looking for a scarf and in no time the lack of selection and poor customer service I met with left me very discouraged. Then I looked up and noticed the Diptyque store. My wife loves the candles. But they’re not something she runs out and buys for herself all the time. So I immediately knew that it was my lucky day. It is a very nice sized store with all of their products well displayed. Much nicer than the location at South Coast Plaza. It’s rather dark and dingy. The Beverly Hills location is very bright and open. The sales associates are all extremely courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The woman who helped me asked all the right questions and made several excellent suggestions. Her name was Jodi and with her assistance I selected a candle that had my wife wondering how suddenly I had turned into a genius. She helped me sign my wife up for their birthday club(you get a free candle) and gave me some ideas to ensure that I maintain my newfound genius status. Woo Hoo! What husband wouldn’t love that?
