One sales guy was high and the woman at the register was a HUGE bitch. This Club Monaco branch really needs to check themselves when it comes to customer service. When someone spends over $ 300 on a dress and wants to exchange it for a smaller size — untouched and still with the tag on — but can’t find the receipt, let them do it. Really Club Monaco? You just lost a very dedicated customer.

This is the only kind of ‘club’ I can tolerate these days… * YES — Beautiful quality dress-up, dress-down clothes * YES — Clean well-kempt store with great window displays * YES — Occasional sales(oh me likees) * YES — Spacious dressing rooms with large mirrors * AOK — Service is decent — hits on some days, misses on others * WOA [words o advice]: — Street meter parking or free-lots along Crescent or Canon Dr.

This place has very pretty clothes. However, once tried on, it lacks shape in my opinion. THe fabric on many clothing is very thin. See through which requires an undershirt. I like how many of their clothing is ivory/white/black. Bought a beautiful neutral patent leather belt from here which is very similar to the one they have at Louis Vuitton minus the monogram. Very friendly service.

I love the clothes at Club Monaco, and the 20% discount for students is wonderful(although I couldn’t use it on the swimsuits they sold because they were a different brand they were carrying). It also doesn’t apply on specials(like 2 tshirts for $ 50, but it applies to sale clothing). The people working at this location are especially helpful and wonderful.

Staff here is always friendly and helpful. I buy a lot of dress shirts from club monaco and the one time I had an issue with a seam coming undone about 5 months after I bought it(though I only wore it maybe 5 times) they had a tailor fix it up no charge, and did not require a receipt or anything. I will definitely continue shopping here. Very good customer service.

I love Club Monaco, their style is so clean and fresh, and it’s also kept up to date with all the latest trends — if that’s what you’re into, they’ve got it. I got a flapper style purse. I was here for skirts that I saw a couple months back but they didn’t have them. Not sure if they just didn’t have them in stock, or those items went bye bye. The service was pretty good as well. Complaints…when I was there they were painting the back of the store and it smelled kind of funky. All in all, Club Monaco is pretty awesome :)

I shop at Club Monaco here and there. Came here to kill some time before dinner in BH and had great experiences with multiple sales associates. I asked one to help me find a belt in a different size, one gave me her honest opinion about a shirt I put on, several asked if I’ve been helped. The entire crew working that day was great. I’m a little confused about the bad reviews… also, store policy is store policy. Because Club Monaco sells their items at other stores and online websites, it makes sense that you would be required to have your receipt for an original refund. Best part: I FINALLYFOUND a loose white blouse that I’ve been looking for AND it fits me!!!

Horrible store with draconian policies. Yes, this is a flaming review from an angry customer. I bought a jacket for my son for his Spring formal. Got it home, he changed his mind, so I returned it to the same store, to the same sales person, exactly one week later. He did NOT wear the jacket and the tags were still on it. They refused me a refund because I didn’t have the receipt! So because I couldn’t manage to keep track of a little piece of paper I had to accept a store credit of over $ 400! I hate this store and will NEVER, EVER shop here again.

This review is more for the owners and managers than the public! I’m a huge fan of Club Monaco… it started in my country and grew into this huge chain but never lost it’s grove even when RL bought it! It alway has cool sophisticated clothes for both men and women… althought the fit on the pants are made for guys 6’2″ or more cause I can never fit your pants! My rating is not based on the clothes or the store itself but on the service. I went shopping with my sister-in-law who lost a few pounds and was interested in making some wardrobe changes. The staff fit the look of the store… they are cute, cortious and extremely helpful but!!! This is a big BUT, sales help is suppose to be that… help in sales! I go to Zara I know that i’m on my own and thats the way it is but at CM i always expect more. The store wasn’t packed with clients so there was no reason not to give us the attention we needed. My brother bought a blazer wanted the pants to match, sales associate said they didn’t make pants for that blazer… guess what, when we went to the register the girl told us they did!(strike one) My sister-in-law wanted the pants on the display, sales associate claims there were none left in here size, guess what, I found them right next to the mannequin!(strike two) We needed help putting together looks… all they helped us with was finding sizes… is that a concidered a sales associate? By that time I was done… had lost faith in this girl and wanted another person to help and they did, but it was the same thing! So I ask, is CB policy for sales to leave the client alone and fend for themselves? Only address clients when they request a size but stay away from them other than that? MY Sister-in-law bought for only $ 600.00 of which I made the sale… she would have bought more if she had had the sales help and recommendations. My brother bought close to $ 300…did they even try to sell us a shirt or top to go with that blazer? We were definately clients willing and interested, all we needed was guidence! So for the owners and manegers of CM, if your numbers are down or if you want to increase your business please check into having staff that are sales driven and knowledgeable about your product not just cute and pleasant, maybe it will effect your bottom line! We went to Bloomingdale and spent our money there because not only was the sales associate cute but was extremely willing! Maybe it’s just the location… BH could be finicky i imagine, so i’ll let you know in my next review! I’ll try beverly center!

I stopped in here last weekend, I love the simple classy styles they sell here. Basics, black and whites, pieces you can wear to work and when you want to dress up at night a bit… I found a nice cashmere sweater here for around $ 100 on sale, their darker wash jeans look very dressy and elegant, too.
