Beverly Hills Resorts

«Resort» is an inaccurate description — this is simply a large house owned by someone who couldn’t sell it and decided to rent individual rooms on AirBnB. They use a broker, Shuki, to rent the property as serve as your «host.»
Shuki also rents the outdoor and patio area of this house for large parties and events of 100 – 200 people. You can find his public ads on Facebook and Twitter.
As you might imagine, the frequency of parties and number of people have left the property in disrepair. Heaven help you if you rent a room on on of their event nights, definitely not as peaceful and quiet as they advertise.
If you are lucky enough to avoid the parties, you can look forward to a creaky and uncomfortable bed (as did we).
For the record, this home is not actually in Beverly Hills.
It is located in Benedict Canyon, which by a unique quirk in our postal system, this area of Los Angeles has mail delivered by the Beverly Hills post office. While they claim to be a «resort» and have a mailing address for the city of Beverly Hills, you’re really staying (in a house) in Los Angeles.

if you want «peace,» tranquility,” & «privacy» this is“the most definately best get away” i have stayed and the property, rooms and everything i give «five (5) star»
