From the moment of the first phone call, Tony provided 5-​star customer service and came out on the same day (a Saturday) to address a huge data recovery issue for me. He was patient, extremely thorough and provided personalized service assisting me in purchasing a new computer part, providing detailed recommendations and even sat with me for a few minutes after the work was complete to give me other computer pointers, IT advice and tips for my small business.
