Made me wait 1 and a half hours for a 5 minute x Ray. Horrible service and will never go to them again.

If you have insurance or an appointment — SOWHAT! Be prepared to wait up to an hour. The receptionist is not very nice– who cares if it’s a cultural thing being foreign– your a medical receptionist. Smile and be polite, not rude and commanding. The X-ray technicians are very nice. I met two on my day and they were quick, friendly, and happy. I’m glad I waited past the bad attitude at the door and the long wait– but I wouldn’t wait over and hour for an appointment again here.

I’ve had 3MRI’s in the last 2 months. To say this is one of the most horrid things I’ve ever endured is a vast understatement. Having to go to a facility that only has the machines that you lie down in vs the stand up MRI machines just makes it even worse. The whole experience is so unnerving. More so when you question the competency of the techs, have a long wait time(over an hour!) in the reception area and are given the world shittiest ear plugs to help block out what can only be described as the loudest, most annoying noise ever, of which they did nothing of the sort. For future visits I would bring my own earplugs. When I remarked on the quality of theirs, the tech just kind of shrugged. Parking is easy to find on residential streets, they are open very late in the evening to accomodate your schedule, as well as taking walk-in patients.
