HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place to live! I have lived in this building for many years. The bldg was taken over by a, brad Robinson. He took over Spring 2014 and things have dramatically gone down hill. Nothing gets fixed, the pipes are always breaking, over flowing toilets, sinks, and the parking structure. When it breaks into the parking structure, which happens often, it causes feces and sewage to spill out all over cars. There is a dark brown carpet throughout the bldg in the common areas and it has never been replaced in the 30+ years and hasn’t even been shampooed. The community trash bins are rarely emptied, causing over flowing trash all during the week, and stinking up the hallway. I am embarrassed to have people over. I have emailed to have things fixed back in November of 2014 and now it is February 2015 and nothing has been fixed. We are moving out this place due to inhabitable conditions and poor management. Stay far away from this place.
