The owner, Scott, is extremely rude. I went in there with a couple questions and his response was very offensive. He made me feel as if I was stupid and beneath him. I am surprised his business is still running with the way he treats people that come into his store.

A friend and I signed up to take scuba lessons through this shop for $ 225, which included the books. We ended up finding a better deal elsewhere more than a month in advance, and had been previously been told that there was a 25% restocking fee (ie: $ 56.25 for the books). However, when we went to cancel, he only refunded $ 127.50 (50%), saying that he charged $ 56.25 for the books, then charged a 25% restocking fee on top of that! The books themselves are only worth $ 50, so there is nothing to «restock» if we pay the $ 56.25 to keep them!
Plus the owner threatened me with a lawsuit just for complaining!
Misleading business practices and very rude owner, use a different dive shop.
