Greenspace did initial landscaping on my newly constructed home (2013), charging almost $ 4,000 over my landscaping allocation to put a line of trees on one side of the lot as well as three trees in the back. They built up a berm and put the trees on the berm, but the berm now keeps water from flowing to the street. Instead, the water flows to the house. Also, soil sunk near the house causing additional water to flow toward the house. They built an egress window well with no drain underneath which also contributed to the problem. DRMillage, LLC hired Greenspace to do all this landscaping. Neither will take responsibility now. Greenspace did offer to fix the issue at a cost of about $ 4,500. What a nightmare. City says both are responsible. Lawsuit will cost more than I would receive, so at least I can warn others.
