i just want to respond to Brothers 3 calling my complaint an assault. If a consumer has a valid complaint since when is it an assault. I thought I was buying a pool that would last more than two years. I am a very reasonable person and have owned my home for more than twenty years without one complaint. I do not like that Brothers 3 does not want to deal with the problem and is trying to blame the customer.

Purchase an inground pool from Jim @ Brothers 3. WOW. Great!
It was little bit of a bumpy ride!!!
But all said & done fantastic!
Jim & Howie very very professional businessman and stood behind everything.
Resolving all issue needed to be resolved

I most certainly WAS a customer. I was told I purchased a sharkline pool. And that the warranty on the top rails was not the same as a Brothers pool. I had to jump through hoops just to finally get the rails witch where the wrong ones and install myself and pickup myself or pay for both services. How is that good customer service. I felt like I was bothering you guys every time I called. If it’s true what you say about the top rails being in warranty then I will certainly try AGAIN to get the right parts.

Purchased a 15×30 semi inground pool this past February and it was just installed this past week. Everything came out great, we couldn’t be happier with our decision to buy from Brothers 3. We looked around and saw cheaper pools but the quality was no comparison. Thank you Brothers 3 for making this such a great experience and look forward to many years of using my new pool. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a pool!

We bought a pool almost 20 years ago from Brother’s 3. You may pay a bit more but you definitely get what you pay for… a quality product that will last you a very long time. We just purchased our second pool from them not because our pool was too old but because the shape and size no longer suited our family. Our inlaws also purchased two pools over the 20 year period and love their product as well. You cant go wrong with Brother’s 3.

Don’t screw yourself. These guys pressure you and pray you don’t do your homework on buying a pool. They upcharge the price of the pool that you-​YES YOU, can buy yourself from The Pool Factory (wholesale for businesses and ordinary customers). Literally– they buy the pools from the Pool Factory and upcharge thousands. I left here rolling my eyes so far they could reach my brain. The way this business operates is criminal. Save yourself THOUSANDS– buy at the pool factory and get a good pool installation company to install.

Be very careful going here. They all seem very nice and knowlegable but they really messed up my pool. After many visits and hundreds of dollars in chemicals my pool looked like milk. I had to dump my pool and start over causing me more expense and they don’t have a clue, so don’tI go there. I now go
to pool tech in Farmingdale. Very professional very good people.

One of LI’s biggest crooks! 1. Their Uncle doesn’t make them, cause he has passed, his son owns a company that makes pools for many retailers! 2. They are beyond over priced, I got the same pool (yes one made by the uncles son) from Pool Factory in Brooklyn for thousands less, with free delivery.
If you refuse to go to Brooklyn at least haggle these guys down, don’t go to Island Recreation, their pools are junk!
