We took our senior bichon here for an eye ulcer. The staff took very good care of her and after a few visits her eye made a full recovery. They are very thorough but I appreciate that because I wanted to make sure she was in good hands. Their Sunday hours are a big plus!

The treatment for our pet has been excellent.
We also liked that the office is both friendly and professional and they seem to understand our feelings toward our pet while also being patient with having to learn new things and educating us about our pet’s health.

I have been taking my four cats to Wright Vet for years, and have never considered going anywhere else. My cats have seen various veterinarians over the years, and I have been pleased with all of them. I recommend them to anyone who asks me where to go.

Save your money! I’ve been there multiple times and each time they add hidden fees. I brought my dog in for a Lyme test and go to check out and they ran 3 other blood panels and gave unnessecary additional meds without my consent. Wouldn’t you think to ask the owner before running unnessecary blood work? Plus the doctors are very inconsistent one dr says my dogs breathing is fine (she’s short nosed) then the next insists on laser surgery. Such rip offs. I was a vet tech for 3 years so unfortunately for them I’m not an idiot.

My dog has been cared for here for 2 years. The technicians are friendly and caring. The vets are also friendly and proactive, and take the time to talk about my dog without rushing to the next appointment. A bit pricey but given the level of service a very fair value.

This vet is great a tacking on additional costs. We’ve dropped our pet off for boarding and they end up doing tests and other assorted things without our consent. Don’t take your pets here. It’s all about the money.

The place and service is overpriced. The staff form vet to customer service try to add stuff to you bill. Horrible experience with the billing staff.

I have not had a positive experience with this service– I found their prices exhorbitant, actually three times higher than another vet I recently found. I feel as if I am a number, the vet’s are perfunctary at best, at worst, quite rude. They will charge you for everything they can get away with. I don’t mind paying for services for my pets, but I don’t need to feel as if its paying for new couches and waiting room, and not the care of my animal.

My vet and many others (techs and vets) have left this facility largely due to the heavy work load placed on all. I also have been told (and have seen first hand) how they automatically add charges to your bill without your consent. Lots of practices do this, but I find it a dishonest way to do business. For example, if you drop your pet off for any kind of procedure, they automatically give Capstar (an oral flea medication) to your pet whether they need it or not. Even if its a safe medication, I do not approve of medicating pets unnecessarily and, of course they add it to your bill. I wonder if your dog had an allergic reaction to the pill, if they also would charge you for treatment. yeah, I bet they would. Between the lost staff, price increases and their routine policy of tacking on extras to your bill, I can not recommend this facility any more.

We’ve been taking our cats to Wright’s ever since we got Mandi, our first one, about 8 years ago. All the Doctors are very caring and take great care of the animals.
I have no reservations recommending Wright’s to anyone who is need of a veterinarian for their beloved pet.
