Everyone in the southern US is familiar with the typical Waffle House experience. This one was above average. The food was cooked to order, our waitress was very attentive and kept our coffee full. Business was steady. This is only the 2nd day this location has been open so it is very clean. Only complaint is the parking lot. Space is a bit tight if you’re in a large truck. Welcome to Bethlehem, Waffle House!
