Outstanding customer service! We had Tru Comfort install both indoor and outdoor units in our old house and just hired them again for our new house! Right from when the salesman walks in the door you feel like your in good hands! The prices are very good, they were about $ 3000 less then UGI and only $ 1000 more then a friend who gave us a quote plus units come with a service contract!!! The install at our old house went very smooth! Very impressed with how the whole operation runs like a well oiled machine! Even when we moved in here we had them service our system and the technician was very nice, explained what he saw going wrong and never made me feel pressured!
