Worked here while I attended school at Moravian. I just thought I’d leave a few fair and objective comments from a knowledgeable source to help the reader out: First of all, the meat is of a very very good quality(Dietz and Watson). The bread is baked and delivered fresh everyday by a local bakery(Lusitania). The place is spotless. While I worked there the place was so clean you could eat off the floor. If the quantity of meat is ever an issue with you, just order one of the specialty hoagies. They are a dollar more expensive and you get a lot more meat. The val for instance has three layers of meat(like 11 slices) and one of cheese and the sammy two of meat(like 8 slices) and two of cheese. Lastly, Bill is a great guy. Very entertaining and fun to talk to. I really loved working for him.

This is a tough call with the ratings here. The subs are a 3 star… really nice soft rolls, but there is minimal meat on them… another layer would be in order. HOWEVER As mentioned earlier… the Delmonico steak sandwich is EXCELLENT. It melts in your mouth… Further, the prices here are pretty fair. Definately worth a try.

I was quite disappointed with Tomino’s. My neighbor had raved about this place and the«huge» hoagies they made. Well, I came by one day and let me tell you, it’s all hype. Sure the sandwiches were pretty big, but what you’re getting is practically all bread and lettuce. I’ve rarely seen a deli give me so little meat! I ordered a very basic roast beef hoagie and I kid you not, I only got about 5 – 6 thin slices of roast beef on a foot long hoagie. To top it off, the hoagie tasted pretty blah and dry. Jimbo wasn’t pleased. Not at all. I hate writing negatively about a place so I’ll end it at that. The area is filled with so many hoagie/sandwich shops. I’d go elsewhere.

Run and operated by Bill Tomino, it is one of the best places to eat. This quaint little sandwich shop makes great cold cut subs and other great sandwiches(my personal fav. the Delmonico Cheese Steak which he uses a real piece of steak rather than thin strips of beef.) If you are in a hurry all you need to do is call ahead and Bill will make it for you to pick up. Bill the owner is a really good guy. He is very personable and does his best to make you feel welcome. He does large party sandwiches for big events you have planned, just give him a heads up beforehand. The food and the price are both great and I would recommended it to all
