service is horribly slow and the employees would rather converse about themselves then follow up on orders… I’ve stood here for 20 minutes waiting for chicken tenders… just chicken tenders… pretty slow and apathetic service for «fast food»

Service is adequate. They made a mistake on my order and handled it professionally during my first visit It was a minor error and didn’t give me a bad experience. My second time there no mistakes took place. I ordered a cheese steak both times and enjoyed them. Its a nice and affordable place in sands casino food court area by the outlets.

Location is located within the Sands Casino food court. You go up to the counter, minimal wait and order and then they will call your name when your order is ready. I asked for gravy on my fries and it was a «Big Deal» the cashier may have been new I’m not sure. My husband then asked for extra meat and it was also a «Big Deal» so we gave up on planning to receive our order as we wanted, It was $ 30 for 2 people, 2 sandwiches, fries and drinks — a little pricy but not horrible.
I had the American cheesesteak sandwich which had lettuce, American cheese, pickles and thousand island dressing — their take on a Big Mac. It was very salty but decent flavor. My husband got the regular cheesesteak which we paid for extra meat and wasn’t included on the sandwich. The fries were fresh and both orders had a flavorless gravy — even though my husband didn’t want gravy.
It was decent but there are probably better options in the food court or the restaurant within the Casino.
