Philip M Malozi III Plumbing & Heating

Terrible service. Huge waste of time. I called for service, Mr Malozi asked me some questions and said he would call back that day. After I didn’t hear from him, I called back the next day.
Mr Malozi then asked me to text him pictures of my plumbing issue and he would call me back. I live a half mile from his office, it would’ve been easy for him to come by and I would’ve paid him to do so. I sent the pictures and waited. Mr Malozi never called back.
I called again the following day and Mr Malozi told me he never looked at the pictures and would call me back when he did so.
I called another plumber as soon as I got off the phone and the problem was fixed the next day with no runaround. Good thing too because Mr Malozi never called me back!
Call someone else, anyone else! This guy will waste your time.

First, i spoke with Philip Malozi on the phone. i told him what my plumbing issue was and he offered a solution. I had an old style compression faucet setup that i fixed multiple times but would keep leaking, shortly after i fixed it. I had Philip M Malozi plumbing and heating Co. come to my house to do the repair. I could not be happier with the job that they did. The job that they did looks really good and Philip & his brother did exactly what Philip said that they were going to do to fix my bathroom Faucet. They put a Moen cartridge setup in. They were fast, and very professional. They both did a great job and i would definitely recommend this company to anybody that i know that is, in need of, a professional plumber.
