I like outback. The 2 stars are for the management. Tonight ½ the restaurant was blocked off. It was full of empty tables and a 30 minute wait. We were told not enough servers so they were only using half the tables. Pretty poor management in my mind. If you let the people sit they may be more likely to order drinks while waiting. Doesn’t make any sense to me.

Nadia B was our waitress. Haven’t been to Outback in long time. Thanks to her excellent service and smiles, we will be back. Beer cheese fondue excellent. 6 oz filter mignon excellent. Oreo mason dessert. Excellent! Thank you, Nasia!

This just happened and i feel like i need to let you all know wht type of place and people work at this horrible place! I ordered over $ 50 of food for lunch for me and my family(i know alot for lunch but i really like Outback) So i picked the food up and the curb side i NEVER had a problem before but i do usually order dinner not lunch here. So i picked the food up not only did i have to wait for over 10 minutes before someone came out but once the lazy waiter came out HETOLDMEMYTOTALWITCH I ALREADYKNEWFROMONLINE. So i drove home when i went through the food NOTONLYDIDTHEYNOTINCLUDE anything i extra i paid for. So i called asked for a manager thinking they could help. The women that answered was rude and nasty asking who am i and i need a name before connecting(sorry just connect me doll) The manager was HORRIBLEAND I MEANHORRIBLE! He said his name was brent but who really knows. He told me i was wrong on what i ordered online and i wasnt charged for the items witch in fact i was because i ordered online i know what i put into my cart! Then he was arguing with me over and over and i had to go online tell him what the WEBSITE shows and what i ordered(i order the same thing all the time so i know what they sell) Then he told me outbacks website is just theres not the ones in bethlehem Pa haha thats crazy it even said BETHLEHEMPAMENU! Not to mention i order this ALLTHETIME. He was telling me i was wrong and basically i dont know what im talking about um no he didnt know what he was talking about i ordered the dinner plate not the lunch and i know what i was charged for please its very simple it doesnt take a college degree to understand(maybe he thinks so) The end result NOTHING he is a horrible manager who needs to be FIRED and the waiter should be less worried about his tip and more about his shitty job! I will NEVERGOBACKAGAINTHEYJUSTLOST A CUSTOMERBUTMYMANYDOLLARS I SPENDTHEREON A WEEKLY. NOT to mention he told me i could call the Corprate office and let them know they wont do anything for me so this says it all right here. The service in PA by itself is HORRIBLE but people like him are the problem. I cant wait to see BIGBUSINESS come in and take over all the little companys!

Always go to this restaurant on sat or sun just the wife and I. Well the service was poor, I have received better service thru a fast food drive through. We were seated and never got any waiter to come to the table to take order or even ask us what we wanted to drink. We ended up walking out and going down the street to Texas Road House. Will never go to this place again

Went here with a party of 9. Called ahead for speedy seating. Waited 45 – 50 minutes to be seated. Waiter was friendly and nice. Put in our orders no issue. After an hour or more the food came, well everyone’s but mine. But that was ok because they were 1 outa 9 correct. Wrong sides, under cooked, over cooked steaks. Sent back under cooked steak got back a hockey puck. By the time my meal came, surprise surprise it was wrong. Wrong temp, wrong side. Told waiter just to take it back and forget it. He insisted on bringing back on him. Once it came back is was much better. Again waiter was nice, everything else about this place was terrible.

You know the drill with these guys. It’d been quite awhile since I had been to and Outback, but my buddy and I had a hankerin’ for a bloomin’ onion. The food was good, the service was ok, We had a table of 7 people and people were pretty satisfied with the food, less so with the service. The blooming onion was pretty dang good tho’. If you are familiar with Outback Steakhouse and you’ve got a hankerin’ this place will definitely fit the bill.

I love their Wallaby Darned drink– like a frozen peach Bellini… I also love their salmon. Once it was a little on the dry side, but hey– I have had the salmon time and time again, and it was delicious. I also dig their sweet potato and their steamed broccoli. I find this location usually has very good service. I think they have call ahead service, but not reservations. That’s a bummer, as this location is usually quite busy.

Outback or Outhouse??? I have been to this Outback 3 times. The first time, I left after 20 minutes when not one person came by to check in let alone bring me water. The second time was better service but then again, it can’t get any worse. This time though, the service and the food were mediocre at best. I was brought water in a severely cracked glass. I accidentally dropped my spoon to stir in the cream and the waitress picked it up only to place it one plate. Disgusting. The steak was not properly prepared. Ordered medium rare and it was more brown than pink. I remember back when going to Outback meant that your salads were fantastic. Now you are lucky to get more than 3 pieces of cucumber, cheese and onions. Basically, much smaller salads and poor quality. I ordered the new mac-n-cheese dish and it was very peppery even though the description did not mention pepper but garlic. When I had to ask for more coffee, it took forever and when she came back out, she apologized and proceeded to tells that they were having a «pow wow». Have meetings, if that’s what it was, in the morning or early afternoon but not at 5pm.

Wings were pretty good for our appetizer– mom and brother liked them. I was bummed about my meal. My ribs were quite fatty, my dad agreed as he had the same meal. It was forgivable though. What wasn’t is that my bbq shrimp weren’t cooked. I heard a guy at another table who got coconut shrimp said that same thing about 5 min later. My brother had a good sandwich and my husband liked his steak. Toss up. Maybe an off day. But… Shrimp is kind of hard to under cook… It turns bright pink…

We came here with a party of 19 people. They did accommodate us. The owner Lisa«the law» as the staff calls her is the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. They treated our party so badly we almost left. So judgmental towards us because we are in our mid 20’s and 30’s. She assumed all of us were a bunch of drunks. I do not recommend ever coming here. We watched several other parties walk out of the place while waiting for a table. She is definitely awful.

Service was terrible, our waiter was like the absent minded professor & he wouldn’t let us forget that! Real jerk. We waited 15 mins for a drink refill & then he asked if we wanted more bread but forget to bring it, next time he walked by he asked again & proceeded to put a dirty dish & glass on our table so he could write down in his notepad to bring us bread! Our food came & again we had to wait 15 minutes for the waiter finish socializing & bring steak sauce back to the table. We got the«special» sirloin & lobster tail which tasted good. It’s a shame that our night out could be ruined by someone who clearly should not be a waiter. Will not be back…

I would rank this place a 1 star because the service was absolutly horrible. The server was very annoying and he lost my credit card twice until they found it 15 minutes later. The double burger was ok and the blooming onion was very good but the server just fucked it all up. never going back ever again

The food is decent. Service is terrible. We sat for over an hour waiting for our entrees. The server also mustn’t of had any clue about children because he places a steak knife and other various things in front of our 10 month old.

The Outback is a chain. We decided to go there because they had advertised ribs on special and I am always a sucker for ribs. First we are seated. Greeter brings us one menu each. Usually at Outback, you get the regular menu and the«special» menu. When the waiter comes over to take drink orders, I ask if there is a «special» menu. He looks and goes didn’t you get one. He goes and gets us the«special» menu and then tells us that they are out of ribs. Uggh. OK. It’s not the end of the world. I order the sirloin and my father ordered the lobster tails. I also ordered chicken bites as an appetizer. So another guy, not the waiter, brings us the appetizer. I ask if we can get bread, which is usually a standard at Outback and comes very quickly. He looks at our table and I can see that he realizes that the waiter never brought over bread. So now we get bread. The food was all good. No complaints there. The service on the other hand was poor at best. I got my steak and was told my fries would be out shortly. About 5 minutes later when a woman(I assumed the manager, but I could be wrong) asked if everything was okay, I asked about the fries. A few minutes later out come the fries. The service makes me knock the rating down to 2 stars. The place was empty so that can’t be their excuse.

It’s a chain restaurant and therefore suffers and benefits from what makes up a chain restaurant. What that means is if you like their menu you can likely count on consistency throughout the chain. The blooming onion you enjoyed in St Louis you are still going to enjoy in Easton. That’s a plus. The minus of chain eateries are they tend, because they have to in order to be profitable, to cater to common denominators. No surprises here. So what separates one chain restaurant from another… Service. This particular Outback is well staffed and trained. The food is prepped and served well. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. It’s a solid four. If you like the Outback chain menu, and I do, you won’t be disappointed here.

A chain? This good? With great service?! I was actually very impressed with this Outback. Driving home one night from a recent trip we spotted this place off the highway. I absolutely love their warm bread and I thought what the heck, I want some steak! When you walk in you are greeted with a great big smile. We didn’t have to wait to be seated but I noted that they had a set up next to the waiting area with glasses and lemon water. In my opinion that was a great touch that a lot of posh places in Philly could take note of. Our server was awesome. Happy, attentive and talkative with us she pointed out a special being offered on Wednesdays. App, salad and Entrees for 2 all for $ 25! Heck yess! I love a good deal. The food was tasty and I left full. Can’t go wrong with that.

Before I begin my review, I want to say, I love Outback. Friday nights with my family consists of a stop in Outback. We usually go to a nearby Outback in NJ, but this time we stopped by here on our way to Hershey Park, Pa. The one thing I definitely loved about this specific Outback, at least for that one time we visited, was their seared ahi tuna. I’ve had this appetizer at all Outback that we’ve visited, but at this place, they had it cut thick and was well presented(as you can see from my posted photo here). And not to mention, their service was really great! The workers were very friendly that August 2012 night! We would definitely stop by this resto again if we ever visit Hershey Park in the future!

Because we had a coupin we shuffled over to Outback this weekend to brave a very, very long wait for very, very average food. Even though we called ahead it was still a 50 minute wait for that list and it was 65 – 75 if you walked in off the street without calling ahead. This Outback is small on the inside in terms of actual seats. The bar area is a decent size and they do have tables around the bar that are first come/first serve but with so many people hanging out in the foyer you couldn’t have got to that area if you would have screamed«Fire!». As for the food itself things were very… average. The brown bread that was brought out was OK although I think it’s suppose to be warm, and it wasn’t, but the butter that came with it was very warm and very melted. We opted for the Chicken on the Barbie which is nothing more than a small piece of chicken with an equally small cup of BBQ sauce. The chicken itself was alright but the BBQ sauce lacked any flavor nor did it have any bite. The accompanying baked potato was also alright except for the skin being coated in too much salt. The other entrée was the Twin Lobster Tails and they were also alright even though they were very small in size and the amount of butter given with them was laughable at best and stupid at worst. The service was very good considering how busy everything was. We didn’t wait long at all for the food once the order was placed and drink refills were no problem at all. Overall it was a good meal even though this place is about as much of a steakhouse as a Texas Roadhouse or a Longhorn is. It should be thought of more as Outback«bland, boring, and cheesy chain restaurant that also happens to serve steak» Restaurant.
