I have never walked out of a salon 100% happy with my hair, until now. I had my hair cut and styled by Sarah E. She cut it exactly how I wanted it and even took the time to show me how to style it on my own. Absolutely never going to another stylist again! The salon was very clean and beautifully set up. Everyone was so pleasant and welcoming and I left feeling very taken care of and happy with the result. Recommending to everyone I know.

Had a color and cut by Erica and it turned out wonderful as usual. She listened to what I wanted and made it happen. Also took the time to style it perfectly. Have also had undos done by her, which have turned out awesome. I think their pricing is on par with other local salons and would recommend to anyone.

I am easily frustrated by hair stylists who cut hair how«they» want to, not what is asked. At my previous salon, I went to get my colored as a touchup and she got the dye wrong. Went back to get it fixed and she got it wrong… AGAIN. When to Michael Perry to get it all fixed and get a straight black color for a complete change. I was paired with Jordan and I have fallen in love. She is amazing and I trust no other with my hair. Michael Perry himself has always been in the salon when I visit and he is an absolute delight to be around. If I was more girly I would try their other services, maybe one day. I recommend this salon, and Jordan, every chance I can. Unfortunately it takes a few bad experiences to really value quality, and I’m very happy I have finally found it.

I had my hair colored and cut here. The stylist left the foils on too long while he was chatting with other staff. My hair was white-yellow with a brown– orange streak at the part, where the foil had slipped. It was breaking off. I was appalled, but the stylist said he would«just tone it» and that breakage is normal. Having had highlights for many years, I knew it wasn’t. I got very upset and Michael Perry attempted to fix it and cut it. I left with brown hair, much shorter that I liked. He charged me the full price and when I called to complain, he gave me half off. The whole experience took 4 hours and was the worst experience I ever had at a salon. This was a few years ago, so things might have changed though I will never go back.

I booked back to back appointments with Courtney, an esthetician. I really enjoyed the experience and the results. I tried brow and lash tinting for a bolder look. Her taste and judgment was spot on and resulted in a natural look — incredible definition in my brows and lashes. Best of all was Courtney’s genuine, contagious enthusiasm when she saw that I was happy with the results.

My husband and I received a gift certificate for a mani-pedi here and decided to go check it out. Although there was a small hiccup, we were very pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere is very cute and quaint. The salon is located in what appears to be an old townhouse or something similar, so all of the treatments take place in small rooms with a layout like someone’s home. This really adds to the experience! We were taken into a relaxation room before our appointment to relax and fill out some paperwork. After sitting for about 5 – 10 minutes, a staff member came to tell us that there was a little mix-up and that one of the nail technicians was running late. They were so incredibly apologetic(which was very nice). We really didn’t mind as we were not in a rush and were really there to relax. Before long we were taken into the room for our pedicures & manicures. The technicians were very nice and again apologetic for the small delay. They also brought a glass of wine for us each to enjoy during our treatment. We both really enjoy our mani-pedis. When we were leaving, Michael himself came over and gave us a gift certificate for a free 30-minute couples massage and apologized for the delay. We were quite taken aback considering it really wasn’t much of a delay, nor were we all that upset, but it was truly nice to know that they cared about us. It is this attention to detail that makes customers return, and we will definitely be coming back!
