Totally unreliable. Signed a contract in September 2014 to pour a concrete pad and replace the floor on two medium sized decks and the railing on one deck. I fired him in April 2015 because the work was still not complete and he couldn’t tell me when it would be completed. I had to constantly badger him to show up and when he did show up, half the time he would leave and let his helper alone to do the work. Work was sloppy as I needed to keep reminding him to clean up.
UNRELIABLE! UNPROFESSIONAL! UNETHICAL!
