If there was an option to rate 0 I would! the only reason I go to this location is because it is on my way to work and have NO other options. for the past 2 years I have stayed quiet and kept myself from writing a bad review but enough is ENOUGH. the last 4 times i went to this location I have not only waited forever in drive thru, but also they took my order down wrong multiple times. after apologizing to me, I told the lady working the drive thru that they should repeat their orders while the customer is ordering so they can avoid making mistakes. Drive thru should not take 15−20min. they should NOT be asking me at the window what my order was. my order should be ready by the time I get to the window, I worked at DD in the past i know how the system works! and for some odd reason they just CAN NOT get it together!

Drive-​through service was fine, although a bit slow. I got what I ordered. The coffee was fine. I guess there are lots of reviews here just from people who were upset. However, I never ventured inside to investigate the cleanliness…

I’m done with this place. I swear they aren’t rotating product their bagels at 5:30 AM are rock hard. Also I asked for 2 sesame seed bagels with cream cheese, I left with one rock hard plain bagel. Thanks you for putting me in a bad mood today DD. I’m contacting corporate.

This place should be shut down. The drive thru service is inconsistent and slow with no cars in the line. They also never get the order right.

Slow drive thru? Check
Burnt bagel sandwich? Check
Burnt hash browns? Check
Sugar in coffee as asked? Nope
Whipped cream in coffee in place of sugar? Check
Employee that went from smoking outside straight to handling food? Check
Any chance that I’ll ever be back? Hell No!

This place is beyond disgusting. People and place are filthy. I will never go to this location again. Not even for the drive thru.
