Coaches Florist

So last Friday I went to coaches flowerist to order flowers for my girlfriends graduation. The lady had me pay $ 80 for special ordered flowers for the colors red PURPLE and pink. And now today is Thursday of the following week and I go to pick them up today after I paid last Friday and she dosent even have my order! She’s like well if you come back in a half hour I’ll have them done. I’m like I don’t have that time cause I have to go to Hershey, so she’s making them now. And she dosent have purple roses which is clearly what I had wanted to order and she thinks giving me 2 dozen roses makes up for it. I tried asking for my money back but she won’t give it to me she’s like I’m giving you extra roses. I never asked for extra I wanted the colors I ordered! She was rude and nasty and she got mad cause I said can you give me any money back since you messed up by not making my order, don’t go there guys so in unprofessional

This is the best flower shop in town the flowers are always beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful and the shop has many unique items.

A beautiful arrangement of flowers was delivered to me on Friday and by Sunday the roses were dead the the remaining flowers are looking very tired. I expect this was an expensive gift, knowing the givers, and there is really not much value.
