Spoke with gavin on saturday, he quoted me $ 100 to plow my driveway and said hed be there that day. I understand everyone is overwhelmed with snow removal, but it has now been 4 days and multiple calls and texts. No communication, his staff contacted him yesterday and assured me they would be here by end of day. Still no phone call back from him and nobody has shown up. Had I known he had no intention of coming I could’ve hired someone else days ago. And finally did last night. Awful experience, if you cant make a scheduled appointment, (even 4 days later) at least communicate that to your customer.
