To start off with, I’m not into technology or the latest tech trends– and I’m a female– two combinations the young employees picked up on and therefore they really didn’t try to explain any of the information about the products to me. Brief explanation was given and then I felt as though I was being timed for my response. When the information was being transferred from old to new phone, the employees were making all kinds of facial and nonverbal ques that I took as making fun of me and made me feel judged, horrible, and uncomfortable. When they were setting up the new phone, they did so over the speakerphone and FAILED to tell me to listen to it– it’s the service agreements and sounded like it was directed towards me– and then they hung up from it without the call finishing. Shady, eh? Well, an additional product was ordered and the employee told me it would be there in two days. I didn’t receive a phone call by the third day, so I called the store. I was then told they did not receive the shipment yet that day and to check back later. Yes, still no item. I called two days after that– still no item or shipment but revived major attitude from the employee and was told it would be 3 – 5 days after the order is placed. Ok. It’s OVER a week and They send me an email stating the item shipment DATE was changed to 2 – 3WEEKS later!!! This is a bunch of bull. Shady? Wait for this: the email states I can agree to the new shipment date or cancel my order. Wtf! Better yet! The email also states I will not be billed for the product until it ships. Guess what. The charge went through the same day the item was ordered. And get this– my bank called to alert me to suspicious activity on my card– all because the employee couldn’t put the number in right– four times! There is also a separate, different company that is on the receipt of purchase for the(missing) item. They only told me they had to be billed separately and failed to mention the other company. Shady and disrespectful service.
