Horrible service. Forgot part of meal and said they were going to deliver it. They never delivered and didn’t answer the phone. I will Never eat there again.

I literally feel insulted by this salad. I feel like someone took off my top hat and threw in in a puddle and then slapped me in the face… like a 1900 style insult. Pre-cut bagged lettuce, pre-cooked pre-charred edamame, pre-over-cooked chicken cut oddly thin, and a drizzle of some peanut sauce. There are also pre roasted red peppers in this mix, it tastes like they were roasted a year ago, with a half a table spoon of crushed cashews. I added avocado to the salad, cause avocado to me is like a fried egg, it can go on top of anything. They can’t even be bothered to freshly slice the avocado. It’s been in the fridge pre-sliced. The fridge has zapped it of it’s flavor. The dressing, thank G-d I got it on the side, taste oddly of chemicals(like what I think borax taste like). I got a second dressing, the herb vinaigrette, just in case I didn’t like the Thai one. That one tastes spoiled. Like rotten eggs. Even the pickle I asked for on the side is limp, soft, with not even a shadow of a crisp. Even McDonald’s salads are so much better than this. What have I done to deserve this? I’d like a refund.

I often seen low rated panera breads. Why? I always receive delicious food and find clean tables to chillax! If you go there late, they often do not have many kinds of sweets. I remember one more good thing. They give many goodies to panera breads members.

I do miss having Mongolian BBQ here but Panera will have to do. I recently moved to the heart of Bethesda and it’s nice to have my Saturday breakfast establishment within walking distance.

It was my first time at this Panera and I don’t think I will ever go back. They gave me a rotten apple and maybe they would have caught it if that weren’t busy playing a stupid numbers game. It wasn’t even busy…

Very disappointed! This store is in my neighborhood, I visited them yesterday to have my favorite summer sandwich lobster! it was a takeaway sandwich and when I went to my car the sandwich was not a sandwich really. It was a 2 pieces of bread and the lobster was all over the box. Bread was not fresh and the lobster sauce covered the bottom bread so it became mushy. Very disappointed I always expected a better service from Panera bread for almost $ 17 sandwich.

I have been there a few times early in the morning and they never seem to be ready for business. The lady that takes the order is ready but the cooks are not. The other day they were out of egg whites and that was it. I think that management there is not good because I have been to other Panera’s and no issues but with this one there are many… oh well.

In general the food is very good, staff is very good and food selection good. How about substituting kale chips for baked potato chips? Tried the apple that came with my meal but it was squishy and old. The chicken salad came with a niggardly amount of chicken. I wont be back very soon but not writing it off altogether.

Got a pick 2 with the tuna salad sandwich and the mac& cheese. Mac&cheese was good. Tuna salad was spilling over the bread, and they forgot my baguette. Very annoyed.

Unlike the Panera in Hanover, MD, this one is super clean and efficient. The employees here are pleasant, clean and maintain all product knowledge. I like when I have a customer card and the employees know exactly what to tell me such as my point balance and when I am up for a treat or free meal. I don’t even have to ask! Also, there is no need to wait for your food since they will bring it out to you.

Caramel lattes are much better here than Starbucks across the street… spinach and artichoke souffles are yummy, lunch is fantastic and fresh. Im glad they opened here. While youre at it, go say Hi to Brian the manager. He always makes sure everything is OK

One and a half stars. I like Panera, but not this location. They completely missed the customization on my boxed lunch for our office catering, and the Thai chicken salad wasn’t very good. Salad greens were starting to wilt with some stray grit, edamame was a little too charred, and the seasoning on the almost-dry chicken meat didn’t quite fit in with the other flavors. Won’t be back for a salad, especially if they’re just going to stiff me on my side of bread.

I think some people might have unrealistic expectations of what a five-star rating is… but judging this location against other Paneras, I believe it’s worth a five. It’s clean, spacious, food quality is decent, and the staff brings the food to your table. ‘Nuff said.

I came here to get some work done on a Sunday(opens at 7am!), and I really liked this Panera. The location is huge, comfortable, and clean. There are tons of smaller booths– great for one or two people to work– with plenty of outlets for laptops. There is also outdoor seating that looked really comfortable. They offer free Wi-Fi, the bathrooms were clean, and it never got too busy or loud. I love their drinks(large brewed brewed iced tea, $ 2.19; sugar-free vanilla latte, $ 3.69) and their breakfast(breakfast sandwich on ciabatta bread was $ 3.99, but a bagel with with honey walnut cream cheese is my absolute favorite). The employees were all friendly and regularly cleared my plate/drinks off of my table when I was finished. Not sure what the location is like during the week, but I’ll definitely be back on Sundays to get more work done!

I had a lunch meeting at this Panera and was impressed with the store, the employees, and the food. The store is nicely laid out and there are plenty of places to sit, including booths. The employees were friendly and welcoming, and the food was fresh. I’ll be back.

Very impress with the service. I called at lunch time to place a large order for our office. I was very surprised with the amazing customer service(especially at busy lunch time). She(the staff at 7201 Wisconsin Ave) was very professional, organize, and helpful. That usually does not even happen at high end restaurant. Keep up a good work Panera!

Wooooo!!! I was so happy when I realized they were building a Panera here. Finally a panera in Bethesda! Nice staff, quick service, plenty of tables with outlets. It’s located near the metro and next to the women’s Farmer market. The food tastes like standard Panera food. The staff was very friendly and patient and helped me with my order even when I lacked serious sleep and could not form coherent phrases. There is a nice addition to the neighborhood in terms of a place to either meet someone for lunch/dinner, come read a book/study/do work(wifi) etc. I’ll definitely be visiting!

It’s Panera. In Bethesda. This location has a couple things going for it. The location is prime amongst Bethesda office buildings and is just a few blocks from the Metro Station. It was definitely a good idea to locate near the Farmers Market county parking lot, since parking on Wisconsin Avenue is super restricted. Willow Lane is a oneway street, so heading back to Wisconsin after parking in said lot is kind of annoying, since you must loop through the neighborhood. The food is like every other Panera. Their Spinach and Bacon souffles are my early morning vice. Seriously, they’re addicting. The coffee is OK, slightly below average, but gets the job done. They have a good amount of seating and the décor is matching every other location. I did appreciate the manager chasing after me to give me the credit card that my half asleep ass left on the counter. That was good. I’ll come here when I’m craving a specific item or for those souffles, but Bethesda has too many great dining options to eat at Panera that often.
